📢 We're Hiring | Quantity Surveyor (Architectural & Structural)

Due to the expansion of our design and project delivery team in Riyadh, we are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a major government project currently in the detailed design stage.

Key Requirements:

✔ Fluent in Arabic (reading, writing, and communication)

✔ Proven experience in government projects within Saudi Arabia

✔ Strong expertise in quantity take-off and BOQ preparation

✔ Excellent knowledge of local market rates and cost estimation

✔ Experience in architectural works, structural works, buildings, and landscape/site development projects

✔ Ability to review design packages and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Quantity take-off from detailed design drawings

• BOQ preparation and verification

• Cost estimation and market price analysis

• Coordination with design disciplines to ensure accurate quantities

• Supporting project budgeting and value engineering activities
