المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم قائد الهندسة في مراجعة تصميم المحاذاة الأفقية والرأسية للمسارات الرئيسية والمستودعات وساحات السكك باستخدام أدوات معيارية مثل Bentley OpenRail وCivil 3D و MX.
- تحديد وتطبيق معايير التصميم الهندسي ومعلمات التحكم في المحاذاة والتفاوتات عبر مراحل المشروع (المفهومي، الأولي، التفصيلي).
- إجراء فحوصات التصميم ودراسات الخيارات والهندسة القيمية للمحاذاة والمحولات والتقاطعات والمنحنيات الانتقالية لتحسين الأداء وقابلية الصيانة والتكلفة.
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير الدولية والإقليمية للسكك الحديدية والمتطلبات الخاصة بالعميل، مع دمج اعتبارات RAMS وقابلية الصيانة وجودة الركوب.
- العمل كممثل متكامل لإدارة المشاريع (PMC) لدى العميل، وتنسيق الواجهات متعددة التخصصات (المدنية، الإنشائية، المسارات، نظام التغذية العلوية، الإشارات، الصرف، المرافق).
- إدارة الاستفسارات الفنية وطلبات التغيير واعتماد التصميم، مع الحفاظ على مسارات تدقيق واضحة وضبط التكوين.
- قيادة إدارة مخاطر التصميم لاختيارات المحاذاة، بما في ذلك ظروف التربة والمرافق والقيود الخارجية والعوامل البيئية.
- الإشراف على أداء المقاول والمصمم فيما يخص مخرجات المحاذاة، وضمان الالتزام بالجدول الزمني الأساسي والجودة.
- الحفاظ على جداول التصميم والسجلات وتقارير التقدم للأعمال المتعلقة بالمحاذاة.
- إعداد وعرض التقارير الفنية وملاحظات مراجعة التصميم وسجلات القرارات على أصحاب المصلحة من العميل.
- ضمان تضمين قابلية التنفيذ والمراحل في تصميم المحاذاة، ودعم فرق الموقع أثناء البناء والرد على طلبات المعلومات (RFIs).
- تنفيذ عمليات ضمان جودة قوية، بما في ذلك مراجعات التصميم المستقلة وأنشطة التحقق والتصديق.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تصميم محاذاة مسارات السكك الحديدية والهندسة الهندسية، بما في ذلك مشاركة كبيرة في برامج سكك حديدية كبرى.
- خبرة مثبتة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول الخليج في مشاريع تصميم السكك الحديدية مفضلة بشدة؛ الإلمام بمعايير المملكة وإجراءات الجهات المعنية يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام برامج تصميم السكك الحديدية والمدنية (مثل OpenRail/OpenRoads وCivil 3D وMX وPowerRail Track) وسير عمل إنتاج النماذج/الرسومات (يفضل BIM).
- معرفة راسخة بمبادئ هندسة المسار (وفقاً لمعايير UIC/EN/AREMA حسب الحالة) والمحولات وأعمال المسار الخاصة والمنحنيات الانتقالية والارتفاع الجانبي ونقصانه وقيود المحاذاة في البيئات الحضرية وعالية السرعة/المترو.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الواجهات متعددة التخصصات وأداء وظائف إدارة المشاريع/الاستشارات مع العملاء.

We are seeking a Track Alignment Engineer with a solid design background to extend PMC services for a major client in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on leading and assuring track alignment design for rail projects, aligning multidisciplinary interfaces, and driving delivery to client standards.
Missions/Main Duties
- Support the Engineering Lead to review horizontal and vertical alignment design for mainline, depot, and yard tracks using industry-standard tools (e.g., Bentley OpenRail, Civil 3D, MX).
- Define and enforce geometric design criteria, alignment control parameters, and tolerances across project phases (concept, preliminary, detailed design).
- Conduct design checks, optioneering, and value engineering for alignments, turnouts, crossovers, and transition curves to optimize performance, maintainability, and cost.
- Ensure compliance with international and regional rail standards and client-specific requirements, integrating RAMS, maintainability, and ride quality considerations.
- Act as the integrated PMC representative to the client, coordinating multi-disciplinary interfaces (civil, structures, trackwork, OCS, signaling, drainage, utilities).
- Manage technical queries, change requests, and design approvals, maintaining clear audit trails and configuration control.
- Lead design risk management for alignment choices, including ground conditions, utilities, third-party constraints, and environmental factors.
- Oversee contractor and designer performance on alignment deliverables, ensuring baseline schedule and quality adherence.
- Maintain design schedules, registers, and progress reporting for alignment-related works.
- Prepare and present technical reports, design review comments, and decision logs to client stakeholders.
- Ensure constructability and staging are embedded in alignment design, supporting site teams during construction and responding to RFIs.
- Implement robust quality assurance processes, including independent design reviews and verification/validation activities.
- Align deliverables with KSA authority requirements and applicable standards; support permitting and approvals.
- Engage with stakeholders, authorities, and third parties to resolve constraints, protect corridors, and secure approvals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in railway track alignment and geometric design, including significant involvement in major rail programs.
- Proven experience in the KSA or GCC on rail design projects is strongly preferred; familiarity with KSA standards and authority processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency with rail alignment and civil design software (e.g., OpenRail/OpenRoads, Civil 3D, MX, PowerRail Track) and with model/drawing production workflows (BIM preferred).
- Solid knowledge of track geometry principles (UIC/EN/AREMA as applicable), turnouts and special trackwork, transition curves, cant and cant deficiency, and alignment constraints in urban and high-speed/metro environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary interfaces and performing PMC/consultancy functions with clients.
- Strong communication, report writing, and stakeholder management skills; ability to lead technical meetings and drive decisions.
- Experience with quality systems, risk management, and configuration control for design packages.
