يسر شركة جوميرا (Jumeirah)، إحدى الشركات العالمية الرائدة في مجال الضيافة الفاخرة، الإعلان عن فرصة وظيفية لـ (فني سباكة) للانضمام إلى فريق الهندسة في منتجع جوميرا البحر الأحمر (Jumeirah The Red Sea) بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لجميع أنظمة السباكة بما في ذلك خطوط إمداد المياه، أنظمة الصرف، المضخات، سخانات المياه، وتركيبات الصرف الصحي.
- فحص وإصلاح التسريبات، الانسدادات، والأعطال في غرف الضيوف، المناطق العامة، ومناطق الخدمة.
- الحفاظ على حالة آمنة وسليمة لجميع المرافق، غرف المرافق، المعدات، ومناطق العمل.
- الامتثال لمعايير JEMS وجميع معايير السلامة من الحرائق والحياة والصحة.
- تركيب، استبدال، وصيانة تركيبات السباكة مثل الحنفيات، الأحواض، المراحيض، الدشات، والصمامات.
- صيانة وخدمة أنظمة تنقية المياه، تليينها، ومعالجتها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على دبلوم أو شهادة في السباكة / الصيانة الميكانيكية أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في القسم الفني.
- حاصل على مستوى تعليمي لا يقل عن الصف العاشر مع خلفية أخلاقية جيدة في تحصيله الدراسي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة التواصل الشفهي والكتابي (ميزة إضافية).
- الكفاءة في استخدام برامج Microsoft Office (مستوى متوسط).

About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Plumbing Technician to join the Engineering team at Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on all plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, pumps, water heaters, and sanitation fixtures
- Inspect and repair leaks, clogs, and malfunctions in guest rooms, public areas, and service areas
- Maintain proper and safe condition of all Plant, Plant Rooms, Equipment and Work areas.
- Comply with JEMS and all Fire, Life, Health, and Safety Standards.
- Install, replace, and maintain plumbing fixtures such as faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, and valves.
- Maintain and service water filtration, softening, and treatment systems.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Hold a Diploma or Certificate in Plumbing / Mechanical Maintenance or related technical field.
- Demonstrate good oral and written communication is an advantage.
- Have at least a grade 10 level in education with a good moral background in his educational attainment.
- Possess software competencies - Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate).
- Have 1+ years of experience in the technical department.
