في Baker Hughes، نبحث عن مشغل ورشة (Shop Operator) متخصص في إصلاح الدوارات (Rotor Repairs) للعمل في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
ضمن فريق الإنتاج لدينا، ستقوم بإعداد ومراقبة وتشغيل معدات متعددة مرتبطة بمتطلبات خدمة وتصنيع المنشأة، بما في ذلك تشغيل عدة آلات في وقت واحد. قد تؤدي أنشطة مراقبة الجودة وضمانها وفقاً لمواصفات التصنيع/الهندسة والإجراءات الداخلية ومتطلبات ISO.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- القيام بأنشطة الفحص والإصلاح لدوارات الضواغط الطاردة المركزية، ودوارات المضخات الطاردة المركزية، ودوارات التوربينات الغازية، وعمود التروس (Gear Shafts).
- إجراء الفحص البصري، والفحص الهندسي، والاختبارات غير المتلفة وغيرها من الاختبارات وتسجيل النتائج وفقاً للمتطلبات وصحف البيانات.
- المسؤولية عن مراقبة جودة القطع أثناء التصنيع، حيث يجب فحص جميع القطع تحت التشغيل بعد اكتمال العملية وتسجيل النتائج في صحف البيانات.
- إجراء حفظ المنتج وفقاً للإجراءات.
- رفع المخاوف والملاحظات المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) وفقاً للمستهدفات الفردية.
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية لآلات التشغيل وإعداد قائمة الصيانة اليومية.
- الإبلاغ عن أداء ومتانة التركيبات والأدوات، بالإضافة إلى اختبار تصاميم التركيبات الجديدة وطرق التثبيت.
- تنفيذ أنشطة 6S والتدبير المنزلي للآلات (داخلياً وخارجياً)، ومحطات العمل وما حولها، والمشاركة في مشاريع التحسين وتطبيق التصنيع الخالي من الهدر (Lean Manufacturing).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها مع خبرة عملية في تشغيل الآلات الميكانيكية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أنشطة إصلاح المعدات الدوارة (الضواغط الطاردة المركزية، المضخات الطاردة المركزية، وعلب التروس).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في ورش التصنيع أو الخدمة.
- خبرة في تفكيك وتجميع دوارات الضواغط أو دوارات المضخات (فك الرزم وإعادة الرزم).
- يفضل خبرة في تفكيك وتجميع أقراص دوارات التوربينات الغازية.
- خبرة في تنفيذ اختبار الانحراف الكلي (Total Run Out Test).
- القدرة على العمل بنظام الورديات (2-3 ورديات) والعمل الإضافي عند الحاجة (الوردية الأولية ستكون صباحية فقط في البداية).
- يلزم أن يكون لدى المتقدم حق قانوني للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة والمعرفة والمهارة لتشغيل مخرطة (يدوية أو CNC).
- القدرة والمعرفة والمهارة لتشغيل ماكينات التوازن الأفقي البطيء (Low Speed Horizontal Balancing Machines) وإجراء فحص التوازن وأنشطة إزالة الاختلال المتبقي.
- القدرة والمعرفة والمهارة لتشغيل ماكينات التوازن العمودي (Vertical Balancing Machines) وإجراء فحص التوازن وأنشطة إزالة الاختلال المتبقي.
- يفضل خبرة في التشغيل الميكانيكي (Machining).
- إظهار كفاءة ميكانيكية وحماس للتعلم وتطوير المهارات في بيئة عملية.

As a Service Shop Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Inspecting and Repairing activities for Centrifugal Compressors Rotors, Centrifugal Pumps Rotors, Gas Turbine Rotors, and Gears Shafts.
- Performing visual inspection, geometrical inspection, non-destructive testing, and other tests & record results as per requirements and data sheets.
- Being responsible for quality control of the in process parts. Where all parts under operations needs to be inspected after the operation is completed and results to be recorded in the data sheets
- Performing product preservation as per procedures.
- Raising HSE concerns/observations as per the HSE per capita target
- Conducting machine tool preventive maintenance & conduct daily maintenance checklist.
- Reporting out fixture and toolings performance and rigidity evaluation as well as testing of new fixture design and clamping method.
- Performing 6S and housekeeping activities for the machines (interior & exterior), workstations, and its surrounding and participate in improvement project and implementation of lean Manufacturing
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent level of education and hands on-experience in operating mechanical machines
- Have knowledge and experience to perform several types of inspections, repairs, Balancing, and testing of centrifugal compressors and centrifugal pumps
- Have +5 years experience in repair activities of rotating equipment (centrifugal compressors, centrifugal pumps, and gearboxes)
- Have 10 year’s experience in manufacturing or service shops
- Have Experience in compressor rotor, or pumps rotor de-stacking (disassembly by flare) and stacking (Assembly)
- Have experience in Gas Turbine Rotor Disks de-stacking (disassembly) and stacking (Assembly) is preferred
- Have experience to implement total run out test
- Have capability, knowledge and skill to operate a LATHE Machine (Manual or CNC)
- Have capability, knowledge and skill to operate Low Speed Horizontal Balancing Machines, performing balancing check, and performing balancing activities to remove residual unbalance
- Have capability, knowledge and skill to operate Vertical Balancing Machines, performing balancing check, and performing balancing activities to remove residual unbalance
- Experience in Machining is preferred
- The shop will be initially operative during morning shifts only. However, the candidate needs to be able to work in a 2-3 shift patter and work overtime if needed
- Display a mechanical aptitude or an enthusiasm to learn and develop your skill set in a hands-on environment
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to be a valuable team player
