As a Support Services Professional - Admin Support
, you will be responsible for:
- Monitor changes in government regulations, policies, and procedures that may impact the company's operations.
- Advise management on regulatory requirements and compliance obligations.
- Represent the company during meetings, inspections, audits, and visits conducted by government authorities.
- Identify potential compliance risks and proactively recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and industry standards.
- Process and manage employee and company identification requests through client and company systems, including SABIC and Aramco.
- Handle transactions and maintain records through government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem.
- Coordinate with government entities and regulatory authorities regarding permits, licenses, registrations, and compliance requirements.
- Respond to and follow up on inquiries, applications, and service requests submitted to various government and semi-government organizations.
- Monitor the validity of licenses, certificates, memberships, permits, and registrations, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
- Liaise with internal departments to collect information and documentation required for regulatory submissions and inquiries.
- Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely resolution of issues with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
- Prepare official letters, forms, reports, and correspondence related to administrative and regulatory activities.
- Provide administrative and operational support to management and business functions as required.
- Assist in resolving administrative issues by coordinating with external agencies, service providers, and government representatives.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have bachelor’s degree in business administration.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of administrative and support services experience, with specialized knowledge in the oil and gas sector.
- Be Independent, with the capability to manage end-to-end daily tasks on a timely manner.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills.
