نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن أخصائي قطع غيار ومكونات يركز على خدمة العملاء لدعم عمليات الخدمة في السعودية. ستتولى إدارة استفسارات قطع الغيار، وتنسيق الطلبات، وضمان سلاسة العمليات اللوجستية والتواصل مع العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة استفسارات العملاء المتعلقة بقطع الغيار والمكونات
- إعداد ومتابعة عروض الأسعار والاتفاقيات طويلة الأجل
- تنسيق معالجة الطلبات مع الفرق الداخلية والموردين الخارجيين
- إصدار تأكيدات الطلبات للعملاء
- الحفاظ على قواعد البيانات والوثائق الداخلية وتحديثها
- متابعة المدفوعات المستحقة مع العملاء
- إعداد مستندات الشحن وفقاً لمتطلبات العملاء واللوائح (شحنات EXW)
- مراقبة الشحنات ومتابعة بوالص الطيران وشهادات FCR
- تتبع ومتابعة التوصيلات المفتوحة
- إدارة المواد المرفوضة وإعداد تقارير OS&D
- الحفاظ على وثائق الجودة وتسجيل المواد في أنظمة العملاء (مثل رموز SAP)
- متابعة عروض الأسعار مع العملاء والموردين
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء والجهات الداخلية والأطراف الثالثة
- دعم عمليات تسجيل الموردين والتأهيل المسبق
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في مجال ما بعد البيع أو إدارة الطلبات أو خدمة العملاء
- خبرة في قطع الغيار أو البيئات الصناعية (يفضل)
- معرفة بالعمليات اللوجستية وعمليات الشحن الدولي (ميزة إضافية)
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنظيم
- معرفة جيدة ببرنامج Excel و SAP (Ariba ميزة إضافية)
- موثوقية، تنظيم، وتوجه خدمي

We are looking for a customer-focused After Sales Spare Parts & Components Specialist to support our service operations in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will manage spare parts inquiries, coordinate orders, and ensure smooth logistics and customer communication.
Your Responsibilities
After Sales & Order Management
- Handle customer inquiries related to spare parts and components
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and long-term agreements
- Coordinate order processing with internal teams and external suppliers
- Issue order confirmations to customers
- Maintain and update internal databases and documentation
- Follow up on outstanding payments with customers
- Prepare shipping documents in line with customer and regulatory requirements (EXW shipments)
- Monitor shipments and follow up on airway bills and FCRs
- Track and follow up on open deliveries
- Manage rejected materials and prepare OS&D reports
- Maintain quality-related documentation and register materials in customer systems (e.g. SAP codes)
- Follow up on quotations with customers and suppliers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and third parties
- Support vendor registration and pre-qualification processes
- Experience in after sales, order management, or customer service
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and SAP (Ariba is a plus)
- Reliable, structured, and service-oriented
- Experience in spare parts or industrial environments (preferred)
- Knowledge of logistics and international shipping processes (advantageous)
