تفاصيل الوظيفة
أكوا باور هي مطورة ومستثمرة ومشغلة لمحطات توليد الطاقة وتحلية المياه، وتدير 90 أصولاً في 13 دولة. نبحث عن فني كهربائي (طاقة شمسية / خلايا ضوئية) للعمل في موقع الشعيبة، المملكة العربية السعودية، لضمان التشغيل والصيانة الآمنة والفعالة لمحطات الطاقة الشمسية والمحطات الفرعية وفقاً للمعايير الكهربائية السعودية ولوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للألواح الشمسية والعاكسات ولوحات SCB و UPS والمحولات.
- مراقبة نظام SCADA وحل الإنذارات والأعطال الميدانية.
- تشغيل وصيانة أنظمة التوزيع والحماية (11kV-220kV).
- إجراء اختبارات العزل (IR) وإصلاح الأعطال في كابلات الجهد العالي والمستمر.
- صيانة أنظمة التنظيف الآلي للألواح وآليات تتبع الشمس.
- دعم تركيب واختبار وتشغيل المحولات واللوحات الكهربائية والكابلات.
- مراجعة المخططات الكهربائية والتنسيق مع فرق ضمان الجودة والتفتيش.
- قيادة أنشطة التشغيل وفق معايير SEC و NEOM.
- تطبيق أنظمة القفل والوسم (LOTO) وتصاريح العمل (PTW) وفق بروتوكولات السلامة.
- إجراء جلسات الإحاطة السلامة والتدريبات والإسعافات الأولية.
- توثيق العمل للتدقيق الداخلي والخارجي وتسليم الورديات.
- الإشراف على الفرق الفنية وتنسيق المهام مع المقاولين والموردين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تشغيل وصيانة أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية (PV).
- تشمل الخبرة أنظمة التنظيف الآلي للألواح وآليات التتبع الشمسي.
- شهادة تقنية أو دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية.
- رخصة كهربائية سارية المفعول (يفضل أن تكون قابلة للنقل إلى الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين).
- الشهادات المفضلة: رخصة كهربائي أسلاك، الإسعافات الأولية، السلامة من الحرائق، H2S، تركيب واختبار كابلات الجهد العالي والفائق، أنظمة JSA/HIRA وتصاريح العمل، الإلمام بالكود الكهربائي السعودي ومعايير SEC/NEOM.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة الطاقة الشمسية على نطاق المرافق (التركيب والصيانة).
- إتقان العمل مع العاكسات ولوحات SCB و UPS والمحولات والمفاتيح الكهربائية.
- مراقبة SCADA واستكشاف أخطاء الحقل المستمر والاتصالات.
- تشخيص كابلات الجهد العالي (Hipot, PD عبر الإنترنت, IR).
- قراءة المخططات الكهربائية ودوائر الحماية والتحكم.
- استكشاف أخطاء لوحات CRP وأنظمة الحماية.
- معرفة إجراءات LOTO والامتثال للصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والموردين.
- توثيق قوي وإعداد تقارير للتدقيق وتسليم الورديات.
- يفضل: إدارة المخزون وقطع الغيار، خبرة في التشغيل والامتثال لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية وWMSRA وتقييم المخاطر، المشاركة في تحديد المخاطر واجتماعات السلامة والتدريبات.

Position: PV (Photovoltaic) / Solar Technician (Electrical)
Location: Shuaiba, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Role Objective:
Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation and maintenance of utility-scale solar PV
plants and substations, in compliance with Saudi electrical standards and HSE
regulations.
Experience & Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar PV operations and maintenance
• Must include experience with robotic module cleaning systems and PV tracking
mechanisms
• Technical Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Valid Electrical License (preferred: transferable to Saudi Council of Engineers)
Preferred Certifications:
• Electrical Wireman License
• First Aid, Fire Safety, H2S
• HV & EHV Cable Installation & Testing
• JSA, HIRA, and Permit to Work Systems
