نبذة عن الوظيفة
يعمل قائد التخصص في التعدين كحجر الزاوية لقيادة ودعم جميع وظائف الهندسة والتخطيط، مع التركيز القوي على تطوير خطط المناجم طويلة الأجل وتحسين الجداول الزمنية متوسطة المدى، وتوجيه الفريق وتنفيذ أفضل الممارسات. يضمن هذا الدور تحسين تصاميم المناجم وجداولها الزمنية من حيث السلامة والكفاءة وفعالية التكلفة، مع تحقيق أهداف الإنتاج والامتثال لمعايير الشركة والمتطلبات التنظيمية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيعمل قائد التخصص في التعدين كبديل لمشرف الهندسة والتخطيط عند الحاجة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير أنظمة تخطيط المناجم وإجراءاتها وفقاً لأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.
- قيادة اعتماد الأنظمة الجديدة وتنفيذها مع بقية الفريق.
- ضمان دقة ووضوح جميع الوثائق الفنية والقوالب والتقارير والإرشادات.
- إعداد وتحديث خطط عمر المنجم (LOM) والميزانيات السنوية. تحسين التصاميم والتسلسلات باستخدام المدخلات الجيولوجية والجيوتقنية.
- قيادة دراسات المشاريع لدعم النمو التشغيلي والكفاءة.
- تطوير ومراجعة وتحسين خطط عمر المنجم بما يتماشى مع أهداف العمل.
- قيادة إعداد الميزانية ونمذجة التكاليف لضمان الأهداف المالية والكفاءة التشغيلية.
- إنشاء تصاميم تفصيلية لمناطق التعدين مع الوثائق المرتبطة بها، بما في ذلك جميع البنية التحتية المطلوبة للمنجم.
- إجراء العناية الواجبة للمشاريع، وتحديد المخاطر والفرص ومتطلبات الامتثال التنظيمي.
- تخطيط وإدارة الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع والموارد والمعالم ضمن الميزانية والقيود التشغيلية.
- تطوير جداول زمنية ربع سنوية وسنوية مفصلة لأنشطة التعدين والبنية التحتية.
- التنسيق مع وظائف الإنتاج وجميع الخدمات الفنية لضمان متانة الجداول الزمنية وإمكانية تحقيقها.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة التعدين أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في دور قيادي ضمن عمليات التعدين السطحي مثل تخطيط المناجم والحفر والتفجير والعمليات والمشاريع، بالإضافة إلى خبرة إدارية. خبرة في التعدين تحت الأرض ستكون مفيدة.
- خبرة واسعة في عمليات التعدين السطحي والمشاريع في المرحلة التشغيلية.
- خبرة في قيادة ودمج الفرق متعددة الوظائف والاستراتيجيات والخطط لتحقيق نجاح الأعمال.
- خبرة في قيادة فرق متوسطة وكبيرة الحجم بنجاح.
- مهارات مالية قوية وفي إعداد الميزانيات.
- معرفة ذات صلة في ترخيص المعادن والمراقبة والامتثال.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بتخطيط المناجم والجيوتقنية ولوائح السلامة.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل بطريقة منهجية ووضع الإجراءات والمبادئ التوجيهية والتوثيق الفني التفصيلي.
- دعم برنامج (EHSS) الخاص بالشركة في مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وتفاصيل تسليم البرنامج، بما في ذلك الحفاظ على تركيز عالٍ على السلامة في وظيفة تصميم وتخطيط هندسة المناجم، والترويج الفعال لمعايير السلامة أثناء الزيارات الميدانية.
- قيادة وظيفة التخطيط وتحمل مسؤوليتها لضمان الدقة وتحقيق الخطة والميزانية.

- OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
- QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in relevant leading role within Open Pit Mining Operations area such as Mine Planning, Drill & Blast, Operation, Projects, and management experience. Underground experience will be beneficial.
- Technical knowledge in Mine technical Role disciplines in Open Pit Operations: Mine Planning, Drill & Blast, Operation, and Projects.
- Extensive expertise in Open pit mining operations and Project at Operational stage.
- Experience leading and integrating cross-functional teams, strategies, and plans to achieve business success
- Experience in successfully leading mid- and large-size teams.
- Strong financial & budgeting skills necessary.
- Relevant knowledge in mineral licensing, monitoring, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of mine planning, geotechnical, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to work in a systemized manner and establish procedures, guidelines and detailed technical documentation.
- Supporting EHSS program of Maaden in KPI and details program deliverables including maintaining a high focus on safety within the Mine Engineering Design and Planning Function and actively promoting Maaden’s safety standards during all site visits
- Lead and take ownership of planning function ensuring accuracy and delivering no plan and budget.
- Strong knowledge of mining methods, techniques, and equipment capacity.
- Proficiency in mine planning, design, and optimization software, especially Hexagon, to develop and analyze mine designs, infrastructure designs, and production schedules on a short-, mid- and long-term timeframe.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in cost modelling and cost estimation, in Excel and Xeras
- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop mine planning systems and procedures according to industry best practices.
- Lead adoption of new systems and implementation with the rest of the team.
- Ensure all technical documentation, templates, reports, guidelines are clear and accurate.
- Prepare and update Life of Mine (LOM) plans and annual budgets. Optimize designs and sequences with geological and geotechnical inputs.
- Lead project studies to support operational growth and efficiency.
- Develop, review, and optimise life-of-mine plans in line with business objectives.
- Lead budgeting and cost modelling to ensure financial targets and operational efficiency.
- Create detailed designs for mining areas with associated documentation, inclusive of all required mine infrastructure.
- Conduct project due diligence, identifying risks, opportunities, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and milestones within budget and operational constraints.
- Develop detailed quarterly and yearly schedules for mining and infrastructure activities
- Coordinate with production and all technical services functions to ensure schedules are robust and achievable.

- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments
- Performance Monitoring
- Track actual versus planned performance; analyze KPIs and recommend corrective actions to meet production and cost targets.

- Devise initiatives to reduce operational costs and enhance productivity.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical and professional development.

- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
