Hiring | Fit-Out Technical Manager (Hospitality Projects)

We are currently seeking a Fit-Out Technical Manager to lead and oversee fit-out delivery across luxury hospitality and resort developments.

Important Note:

This is a highly technical fit-out delivery role and is not a design, architecture, project management, or commercial position.

Candidates must have hands-on technical fit-out delivery experience within hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality projects and be capable of managing execution, quality, technical coordination, and handover activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fit-out delivery governance and execution oversight

• Manage coordination between consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors

• Oversee mock-ups, material approvals, inspections, and QA/QC processes

• Ensure compliance with approved designs, hospitality standards, and operational requirements

• Manage snagging, de-snagging, and handover readiness

• Coordinate fit-out interfaces with MEP, ELV, and specialist systems

• Support digital handover requirements, including O&M documentation, warranties, and FM acceptance

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in fit-out construction and technical delivery

• Proven experience delivering hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality projects is mandatory

• Strong owner-side, PMC, or client representative experience is highly preferred

• Extensive knowledge of fit-out execution, QA/QC, inspections, testing & commissioning, and handover processes

• Strong stakeholder management and reporting capabilities

• Experience using CDE platforms such as ACC, Aconex, or Asite is preferred
