We are seeking an experienced Fleet & Transportation Manager to oversee and optimize the company's fleet operations, transportation services, and vehicle lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale fleets, including passenger vehicles, buses, and commercial vehicles, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, compliance, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Management

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a large fleet of vehicles, buses, and transportation assets
• .Develop fleet utilization strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
• .Oversee vehicle acquisition, registration, licensing, disposal, and replacement planning
• .Monitor fleet performance, fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and utilization rates

.Transportation Operations

• plan and manage transportation services, routes, schedules, and resource allocation
• .Ensure timely and efficient transportation operations while maintaining service quality
• .Optimize route planning and fleet deployment to improve productivity and reduce operating costs

.Maintenance & Compliance

• establish preventive maintenance programs and monitor vehicle service schedules
• .Ensure compliance with Saudi transportation regulations, traffic laws, and safety standards
• .Manage vehicle inspections, accident investigations, insurance claims, and corrective actions
• .Maintain accurate fleet records, licenses, permits, and compliance documentation

.Safety & Risk Management

• Develop and implement fleet safety policies and driver management programs
• .Monitor driver performance, training, certifications, and safety compliance
• .Analyze incidents and implement corrective measures to reduce operational risks

.Budget & Vendor Management

• Prepare and manage fleet operational budgets
• .Negotiate contracts with suppliers, workshops, fuel providers, leasing companies, and transportation vendors
• .Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining operational excellence

.Reporting & Analytics

• Develop fleet KPIs and performance dashboards
• .Analyze operational data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and service delivery
• .Present regular reports to senior management on fleet performance, costs, and strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in fleet and transportation management
• Proven experience managing large-scale fleets (500+ vehicles preferred
• Strong experience with buses, staff transportation, passenger transport, commercial fleets, or logistics operation
• Knowledge of Saudi transportation regulations and fleet compliance requirement
• Experience with fleet management systems, GPS tracking, telematics, and transportation software
• Strong leadership and people management skill
• Excellent analytical, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CILT, Fleet Management, or Logistics certifications are a plus.
