تعلن شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية في السعودية عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي سمعيات (Hearing Specialist).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تسهيل إجراء تقييمات سمعية شاملة، تشخيص اضطرابات السمع، ووضع خطط علاجية مخصصة للمرضى من جميع الفئات العمرية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء تقييمات سمعية شاملة لتقييم القدرة السمعية وتشخيص الاضطرابات السمعية.
- إجراء إجراءات تشخيصية متقدمة مثل الانبعاثات الصوتية الأذنية (OAE) والاستجابة السمعية لجذع الدماغ (ABR) وقياس الطبلة (tympanometry).
- تفسير نتائج الاختبارات والتعاون مع الأخصائيين الطبيين لتحديد خطط العلاج المناسبة.
- التوصية بتركيب أجهزة السمع وأجهزة الاستماع المساعدة وغيرها من تقنيات تحسين السمع.
- تقديم استشارات وتوعية شاملة للمرضى وعائلاتهم حول صحة السمع واستراتيجيات التواصل.
- التعاون بشكل وثيق مع الأطباء وأخصائيي أمراض النطق واللغة وغيرهم من مقدمي الرعاية الصحية لضمان رعاية متكاملة للمريض.
- مواكبة التطورات في أبحاث السمعيات والتقنيات وطرق العلاج.
- الحفاظ على سجلات ووثائق دقيقة ومحدثة للمرضى.
- تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية إذا لزم الأمر.
- أداء جميع المهام والواجبات بطريقة تدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه.
- المساهمة الفاعلة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور.
- الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة ومعالجة أي مخاوف متعلقة بالسلامة الوظيفية.
- الحفاظ على السرية التامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الوصول إليها أو مواجهتها أثناء العمل.
- الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في التدريب والمبادرات التوعوية لمنع التهديدات السيبرانية.
- الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية لفقيه للرعاية الصحية.
- إكمال التعليم الإلزامي حسب المتطلبات قبل شهر على الأقل من انتهاء الصلاحية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بتقنية أجهزة السمع وتركيبها وبرمجتها.
- مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين والتواصل.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني في بيئة رعاية صحية متعددة التخصصات.
- الالتزام بالتطوير المهني المستمر والتعليم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في إجراء التقييمات السمعية وتقديم خدمات التأهيل.
- درجة البكالوريوس في السمعيات (Audiology).
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- رخصة مزاولة المهنة من الهيئة الصحية الإقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية SCFHS أو هيئة الصحة بدبي DHA).

3 - 5 Years’ Experience in conducting Audiological assessments and providing rehabilitation services.
Education
Bachelor Degree in Audiology
Language
Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages
Licenses / Certifications
License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA), BLS
Job Purpose:
Facilitate comprehensive Audiological assessments, diagnose hearing disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients across all age groups.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Conducts thorough audiometric evaluations to assess hearing ability and diagnose auditory disorders.
- Administers advanced diagnostic procedures such as Otoacoustic emissions (OAE), auditory brainstem response (ABR), and tympanometry.
- Interprets test results and collaborate with medical professionals to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Recommends and fits hearing aids, assistive listening devices, and other hearing enhancement technologies.
- Provides comprehensive counseling and education to patients and their families on hearing health and communication strategies.
- Collaborates seamlessly with physicians, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Stays abreast of advancements in audiology research, technology, and treatment modalities.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures if applicable.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of hearing aid technology, fitting, and programming.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
