About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure, Operations & Cybersecurity Manager to lead our organization’s IT operations and infrastructure environment.

This role is responsible for ensuring secure, stable, and high-performing IT services, while driving operational discipline, resilience, and continuous improvement across infrastructure and cybersecurity operations.

The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership and governance capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Platforms

• Manage enterprise IT infrastructure including:
• Data centers, cloud, and hybrid environments
• Networks, firewalls, VPN, and connectivity services
• Servers, storage, backup, and disaster recovery systems
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of all IT services
• Own infrastructure lifecycle management (EOL/EOS, capacity, upgrades, licensing)

IT Operations & Service Management

• Lead IT operations aligned with ITIL / ITSM practices:
• Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Enforce structured execution through SOPs and runbooks
• Monitor and improve operational performance using KPIs such as:
• System availability (≥ 99.9%)
• MTTR and service reliability
• Drive transition from reactive support to proactive operations

Cybersecurity Operations:

• Manage day-to-day cybersecurity operations across the organization
• Oversee:
• Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Vulnerability management and patching
• Security monitoring and incident response coordination
• Endpoint and infrastructure security
• Ensure effective protection against cyber threats while maintaining business continuity
• Provide regular reporting on security posture and operational risks

Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

• Develop and maintain:
• Disaster Recovery plans
• Backup and restore strategies
• Conduct periodic DR testing and readiness assessments
• Ensure resilience of critical business systems (including ERP platforms)

IT Projects & Vendor Management

• Deliver infrastructure and security-related projects (cloud, network, resilience)
• Ensure smooth transition of projects into operations
• Manage vendors and service providers:
• Cloud providers
• Telecom partners
• Managed services (e.g., SOC)
• Ensure SLA compliance and alignment with enterprise standards

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop IT infrastructure, operations, and security team
• Promote accountability, knowledge sharing, and operational discipline
• Ensure proper documentation and eliminate single points of failure

Qualifications & Experience

• 12-15 years in IT Infrastructure, Operations, or Cybersecurity
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong experience in hybrid IT environments (on-prem + cloud)
• Hands-on knowledge of ITIL practices and enterprise IT operations
• Experience in cybersecurity operations and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL v4 certification
• Azure certifications
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
