انضم إلى فريق DHL Express في الرياض كـ Clearance Agent، حيث ستتولى مسؤولية التخليص الجمركي للشحنات وضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة، والعمل في بيئة دولية تركز على الجودة وخدمة العملاء.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يهدف هذا الدور إلى ضمان التخليص الجمركي في الوقت المناسب للمواد الواردة إلى المركز اللوجستي، وإعداد التصريحات الجمركية للصادرات، والمحافظة على قواعد بيانات العملاء، وحل النزاعات أو تقديم المشورة الفنية للعملاء، والاحتفاظ بمعرفة شاملة بالممارسات والإجراءات الجمركية، وإدارة مخزون جميع الشحنات المعلقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الحفاظ على اتصال منتظم مع العملاء بخصوص الشحنات المعلقة.
- مساعدة المستلمين في تخليص الشحنات الحساسة أو المقيدة.
- دعم المشرف بالخبرة العملية والمعرفة في الأنشطة اليومية.
- التواصل مع موظفي الجمارك بشأن الرسوم المستحقة والشحنات الإشكالية.
- الامتثال للسياسات والقواعد التنظيمية.
- الحفاظ على اتصال منتظم مع العملاء بخصوص الشحنات المعلقة (تكرار للبند الأول).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في دور خدمة أو إنتاج أو دعم متوسط المستوى مع قدرة على أداء جميع (أو معظم) الأعمال القياسية ضمن الوظيفة.
- معرفة أساسية في مجال تقني أو تخصصي، والقدرة على تعلم وتطبيق معلومات/مفاهيم جديدة بسرعة.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي.
- مهارات تحليلية متقدمة.
- إجادة متقدمة لبرنامج MS Excel ومعرفة متوسطة بالصيغ كحد أدنى.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية).
- تفكير نقدي واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق وبشكل مستقل.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية.
- إتمام 18 شهراً على الأقل في الدور الحالي أو الحصول على موافقة مسبقة من المدير المباشر للتقديم.

Overall Role Purpose
- Ensure timely customs clearance of material into the Gateway.
- export Customs declarations
- Ensure that customer databases are maintained.
- Resolve specific disputes or provide advice on technical issues with customers
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Customs practices and procedures
- Complete and manage inventory of all on-hold shipments
- Maintain regular contact with customers in relation to held shipments
- Assist consignees in clearance of sensitive or restricted shipments
- Support the supervisor with practical experience and knowledge in daily activities.
- Liaise with customs officials on specific duties payable and problem shipments.
- Comply with the regulatory policy and rules
- Maintain regular contact with customers in relation to held shipments
- Intermediate service, production, or support role having greater responsibility to perform all (or most) of the standard work within the function.
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of a technical or specialty area.
- Readily learns and applies new information/concepts in area of practice.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Strong Analytical skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills and minimum of intermediate knowledge of formulas.
- Fluent in English, Arabic language is an added advantage.

- Be an effective team player with ability to work under own initiative
- Ability to work on a team and independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Have Completed a minimum of 18 months in the current role or have obtained pre-authorization from the line manager to apply.
