تعلن شركة DHL Express عن توفر وظيفة وكيل مبيعات تجزئة (Retail Sales Agent) في الظهران، المنطقة الشرقية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
المسؤول عن خدمة العملاء يومياً في عمليات الشحن الصادرة والواردة، وإعداد تقارير التحصيل النقدي اليومي، ومدفوعات البوابات والتسوية، بالإضافة إلى مهام الحسابات العامة والمرتبطة بالرقابة المالية. يتطلب الدور اتباع نهج استباقي لمعالجة المشكلات المتعلقة بتسوية CAA والتسويات النقدية والجمركية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الحفاظ على نظافة ومظهر ممتازين في منطقة الاستقبال، وإظهار صورة مهنية عند استقبال وخدمة العملاء.
- ضمان تحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف المبيعات، والتعامل الصحيح مع النقد والصندوق.
- استخدام نظام SPS لإتمام بوالص الشحن الجوي وفق معايير الشركة، وضمان استيفاء معايير الشحن المثالي.
- الحفاظ على مستويات مناسبة من الكتيبات والتعريفات الجمركية المعروضة، واتخاذ القرارات السليمة في ظروف عدم اليقين.
- تقديم معلومات دقيقة وصحيحة للعملاء، وتقديم المشورة بشأن قبول الشحنات ونقلها، وفحص الشحنات أمنياً قبل القبول، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة تجاه الشحنات الخطرة (DGA)، وحجز الشحنات المستلمة من المستلم عند الحاجة.
- التأكد من سلامة جميع الآلات (بطاقة، وزن، كمبيوتر)، ورفع معلومات القرص من نظام SPS بدقة في نهاية كل يوم.
- فهم احتياجات الآخرين والتقاط الإشارات غير المعلنة، والتركيز على تحديد احتياجات العملاء وتلبيتها بأولوية عالية مع تقديم حلول بطريقة مفيدة وودودة وصادقة.
- التعبير عن المعلومات الشفهية والكتابية بشكل موجز ومناسب مع خصائص الجمهور واحتياجاته، وإظهار مستوى عالٍ من الالتزام والطاقة والمرونة والمثابرة.
- المراجعة والتسوية اليومية لتطبيقات إدارة النقد (CAA)، والعمل كدعم احتياطي للفريق أثناء الإجازات وفترات الذروة في المهام المالية ذات الصلة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس من جامعة معترف بها.
- القدرة على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والتغلب على التحديات.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في مبيعات التجزئة.
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية كتابةً وتحدثاً، مع مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- مهارات متقدمة في Microsoft Office وخصوصاً Excel.
- مهارات فعالة في حل المشكلات لتحديد ومعالجة الاختلافات المالية.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وبشكل مستقل.

Overall Role Purpose
- Responsible for serving customers on daily for outbound and inbound process and reporting daily cash collection reporting, Gateways payments & reconciliation and other General Ledger and accounting tasks related listed in section 2 Principal Accountabilities.
- Show proactive approach to address issues on spot related to CAA reconciliation and other Cash and Duty reconciliation
- Maintain cleanliness and excellent appearance within the Front Counter. Project a professional image in greeting and serving customers.
- Ensure all sales targets are met/exceeded. Ensure all cash and the cash float are handled correctly. Use SPS system to complete AWBs in line with company standards.
- Ensure that perfect shipment criteria is met at all times. Maintain suitable levels of brochures and tariffs on display. Ability to choose between different alternatives with care. Use sound judgement in conditions of uncertainty
- Ensure the delivery of precise and correct information to customers and provide advice on shipment acceptance and carriage. Security screen all shipments prior to acceptance. And take necessary action against DGA shipments. Hold consignee collect shipments as appropriate
- Ensure all machinery is in working order (Card, Weighing, Computer) Up loading of Disk information from the SPS accurately at the end of each day
- Ability to understand the perceptions and needs of others, as well as to pick up clues to others’ current unspoken thoughts
- Drive to identify, understand and give high priority to customer needs. Anticipating and providing solutions to internal and external customers in a helpful, friendly and honest manner.
- Ability to express well-thought concise and timely oral and written information. Ability to adjust language or terminology to the characteristics and needs of the audience.
- Demonstrating a high level of commitment, energy, resilience and tenacity in doing the job. Being frustrated with the status quo. Setting high standards and challenging goals and continually striving to reach or exceed them
- Daily review and reconciliation for Cash Admin Applications (CAA)
- Act as a Backup and support for the team during leave and peak time for Finance tasks related to the
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and overcome challenges.
- Previous experience in retail sales preferred.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good in English written and peaking with high communication skills are essential
- Advanced MS Office knowledge and skills .
- Advanced MS Excel skills .
- Be an effective team player with ability to work under own initiative
