Radiometer، إحدى شركات Danaher، تبحث عن مهندس خدمة ميدانية (Field Service Engineer) للعمل في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن ضمان التميز في خدمة العملاء من خلال استكشاف الأعطال وتركيب الأجهزة وصيانتها وإصلاحها، وتمثيل الشركة كخبير في منتجاتها وخدماتها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استكشاف الأعطال المتقدم، والتركيب، والصيانة الوقائية، وخدمة أجهزة التحليل للقاعدة المثبتة المخصصة. الحفاظ على الأدوات ومعدات الاختبار لضمان معايرتها بشكل صحيح.
- إكمال ملاحظات العمل الميداني التنظيمية والتحديثات الفنية المخصصة ضمن المواعيد النهائية المحددة والامتثال لجميع المتطلبات التنظيمية المطبقة.
- تركيب أجهزة التحليل وإجراء تدريب المستخدمين للعملاء حسب الحاجة.
- إدارة دورة حياة قطع الغيار من طريق تسجيلها بدقة في مهام الخدمة.
- الامتثال للوائح الشركة والإرشادات والسياسات ومتطلبات الامتثال.
- ترقية نظام التشغيل والحفاظ على الامتثال للأمن السيبراني للأجهزة.
- استكشاف الأعطال الأساسي لتقنية المعلومات (IT) للأجهزة التي تعمل بنظام Windows 7/10/11.
- إضافة/تحرير عناوين IP على الأجهزة وتأكيد الاتصال بـ Middleware أو LIS/HIS/EMR.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- تخرج جامعي في الهندسة الطبية الحيوية، أو الهندسة الميكانيكية/الكهروميكانيكية، أو الهندسة الإلكترونية، أو مؤهل مكافئ.
- خبرة 3-5 سنوات ذات صلة كمهندس خدمة ميدانية في قطاع الرعاية الصحية في الأجهزة الطبية ونقاط الرعاية (POC) / معدات التشخيص، مع خبرة في استكشاف الأعطال، وإعداد الشبكات/الاتصال، وترقيات أنظمة تقنية المعلومات، وأوامر سطر الأوامر الأساسية، واختبار اتصال الأجهزة مع Middleware أو LIS/HIS/EMR.
- مهارات تحليلية وشخصية وتواصل ممتازة مع القدرة على نقل القضايا التقنية المعقدة بطريقة سهلة الفهم.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة سابقة في العمل مع SQL database, Java, Mirth.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل مع أدوات Microsoft Office وCRM.

The Field Service Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for ensuring Customer Excellence through troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and service repair needs on Radiometer analyzers. The FSE is an external representative of Radiometer and must convey a keen sense of expertise in Radiometer products, services and capabilities and serve as a key educator to our customer business accounts.
This position is part of the Customer Support function located in Hofuf AlAhsa, Saudi Arabia. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Advanced troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and servicing of analyzers for the assigned installed base. Maintain tools and test equipment to ensure they are properly calibrated.
- Complete assigned Regulatory Field Action Notes and Technical updates within the specified due dates and meet all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Install our analyzers and conduct customer user training as required.
- Order and manage spare parts cycle time by accurately recording spare parts used on service jobs.
- Comply with company regulations, guidelines, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Upgrading Operating system and keeping devices cybersecurity compliant
- Basic IT troubleshooting for devices with Windows 7/10/11
- Adding/editing IP addresses on the devices and confirming connection to Middleware or LIS\HIS\EMR
- University graduation in biomedical engineering, mechanical/electromechanical engineering, electronic engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as a field service engineer in healthcare industry in Medical & POC devices/Diagnostic equipment, expert in troubleshooting, Networking/connectivity setup and IT system upgrades, basic command prompts command, connectivity testing of devices with middleware or LIS\HIS\EMR.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Working with SQL database, Java, Mirth.
- Working with Microsoft Office Tools & CRM.
