تسعى شركة INTECH Automation & Intelligence، الرائدة في مجال الأتمتة الصناعية والتحول الرقمي، إلى توظيف مدير للأمن السيبراني (Cybersecurity Manager) للعمل في مدينة الخبر بالمنطقة الشرقية من المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية الأمن السيبراني للمنظمة وخارطة الطريق وإطار الحوكمة بما يتوافق مع معايير IEC 62443 و NIST ومعايير أرامكو السعودية للأمن السيبراني.
  • الإشراف على أمن تكنولوجيا التشغيل (OT) بما في ذلك أنظمة DCS و ESD و SCADA و PLC مع التركيز على أنظمة Schneider Foxboro DCS و Triconex ESD.
  • إجراء تقييمات مخاطر الأمن السيبراني (CSRA) وتقييمات الثغرات واختبارات الاختراق على شبكات IT و OT.
  • تصميم وتنفيذ بنى شبكية آمنة لـ IT/OT تشمل DMZ وجدران الحماية وأنظمة كشف التسلل (IDS) وتجزئة الشبكات.
  • قيادة أنشطة الاستجابة لحوادث الأمن السيبراني والتحقيقات الجنائية وإعداد التقارير بعد الحوادث والإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • تطوير سياسات وإجراءات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات أرامكو السعودية والهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني (NCA) والمتطلبات الدولية.
  • تصميم وتقديم برامج تدريبية للتوعية بالأمن السيبراني لضمان فهم وتطبيق جميع الموظفين لأفضل الممارسات الأمنية.
  • تقييم وإدارة مخاطر الأمن السيبراني المرتبطة بالبائعين الخارجيين والمقاولين والوصول عن بُعد إلى أنظمة OT/IT.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو الأمن السيبراني أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو هندسة النظم الكهربائية/أنظمة التحكم.
  • خبرة من 13 إلى 15 عامًا في الأمن السيبراني، منها 5 أعوام على الأقل في مجال أمن OT/ICS في قطاع النفط والغاز أو الطاقة.
  • خبرة قوية في معايير IEC 62443 و NIST SP 800-82 ومعايير أرامكو السعودية للأمن السيبراني.
  • خبرة عملية في أمن OT لأنظمة DCS و ESD بما في ذلك Schneider Foxboro DCS و Triconex ESD.
  • شهادات مهنية مثل CISSP أو CISM أو GICSP أو ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certificate.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة عميقة في تأمين أنظمة التحكم الصناعي، بما في ذلك Schneider Foxboro DCS و Triconex ESD، ضد التهديدات السيبرانية.
  • إتقان تكوين جدران الحماية وأنظمة كشف/منع التسلل (IDS/IPS) والشبكات الافتراضية الخاصة (VPN) وتجزئة الشبكات لبيئات IT/OT.

  • مهارات تحليلية قوية لتقييم معلومات التهديدات وتقييم المخاطر وترتيب أولويات الضوابط الأمنية.
  • القدرة على اتخاذ قرارات سريعة وسليمة أثناء حوادث الأمن السيبراني وتحت ضغط عالٍ.
  • التعاون الفعال مع فرق IT و OT والهندسة وإدارة المشاريع لدمج الأمن في تسليم المشاريع.

Our Potential Opportunity

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking Cybersecurity Manager to join our dynamic team. The Cybersecurity Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the cybersecurity strategy, policies, and technical controls to protect the organization's IT infrastructure and industrial control systems (ICS/OT). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OT cybersecurity standards applicable to process control and safety systems, including those relevant to Schneider Foxboro DCS and Triconex ESD environments.

What You’ll Lead And Deliver

  • Develop and implement the organization's cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and governance framework aligned with IEC 62443, NIST, and Saudi Aramco cybersecurity standards.
  • Oversee cybersecurity for Operational Technology (OT) environments, including DCS, ESD, SCADA, and PLC systems, with specific focus on Schneider Foxboro DCS and Triconex ESD Systems.
  • Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments (CSRA), vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing on IT and OT networks.
  • Design and implement secure IT/OT network architectures including DMZ, firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and network segmentation.
  • Lead cybersecurity incident response activities, forensic investigations, and post-incident reporting and corrective actions.
  • Develop cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards; ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco, NCA, and international cybersecurity requirements.
  • Design and deliver cybersecurity awareness training programs to ensure all personnel understand and apply security best practices.
  • Assess and manage cybersecurity risks associated with third-party vendors, contractors, and remote access to OT/IT systems.

Requirements:

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Electrical/Control Systems Engineering.
  • 13-15 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in OT/ICS cybersecurity in the oil and gas or energy sector.
  • Strong expertise in IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and Saudi Aramco cybersecurity standards.
  • Hands-on experience with OT cybersecurity for DCS and ESD systems, including Schneider Foxboro DCS and Triconex ESD Systems.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP, or ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certificate.

Technical Skills:

  • Deep expertise in securing industrial control systems, including Schneider Foxboro DCS and Triconex ESD Systems, against cyber threats.
  • Proficiency in firewall configuration, intrusion detection/prevention (IDS/IPS), VPN, and network segmentation for IT/OT environments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST, NERC-CIP, and NCA ECC frameworks applicable to industrial cybersecurity.
  • Experience conducting and managing vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits on IT/OT systems.
  • Proficiency in deploying and managing SIEM platforms and OT security monitoring solutions for anomaly detection.

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to lead a cybersecurity team and drive a culture of security awareness across technical and operational departments.
  • Ability to translate complex cybersecurity risks into clear, actionable recommendations for senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating threat intelligence, assessing risks, and prioritizing security controls.
  • Ability to make rapid, sound decisions during cybersecurity incidents and under high-pressure situations.
  • Effective collaborator with IT, OT, engineering, and project management teams to embed security into project delivery.

Experience Requirements:

  • 13-15 years of cybersecurity experience with significant focus on OT/ICS security in oil and gas or energy production environments.
  • Hands-on experience securing Schneider Foxboro DCS and Triconex ESD Systems environments from cyber threats.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing cybersecurity programs compliant with Saudi Aramco or ADNOC security requirements.
  • Track record of leading cybersecurity incident response, risk assessments, and security audits in industrial settings.
