INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking
Cybersecurity Manager to join our dynamic team. The Cybersecurity Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the cybersecurity strategy, policies, and technical controls to protect the organization's IT infrastructure and industrial control systems (ICS/OT). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OT cybersecurity standards applicable to process control and safety systems, including those relevant to Schneider Foxboro DCS and Triconex ESD environments.
What You’ll Lead And Deliver
- Develop and implement the organization's cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and governance framework aligned with IEC 62443, NIST, and Saudi Aramco cybersecurity standards.
- Oversee cybersecurity for Operational Technology (OT) environments, including DCS, ESD, SCADA, and PLC systems, with specific focus on Schneider Foxboro DCS and Triconex ESD Systems.
- Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments (CSRA), vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing on IT and OT networks.
- Design and implement secure IT/OT network architectures including DMZ, firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and network segmentation.
- Lead cybersecurity incident response activities, forensic investigations, and post-incident reporting and corrective actions.
- Develop cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards; ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco, NCA, and international cybersecurity requirements.
- Design and deliver cybersecurity awareness training programs to ensure all personnel understand and apply security best practices.
- Assess and manage cybersecurity risks associated with third-party vendors, contractors, and remote access to OT/IT systems.
Requirements:
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Electrical/Control Systems Engineering.
- 13-15 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in OT/ICS cybersecurity in the oil and gas or energy sector.
- Strong expertise in IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and Saudi Aramco cybersecurity standards.
- Hands-on experience with OT cybersecurity for DCS and ESD systems, including Schneider Foxboro DCS and Triconex ESD Systems.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP, or ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certificate.
Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise in securing industrial control systems, including Schneider Foxboro DCS and Triconex ESD Systems, against cyber threats.
- Proficiency in firewall configuration, intrusion detection/prevention (IDS/IPS), VPN, and network segmentation for IT/OT environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST, NERC-CIP, and NCA ECC frameworks applicable to industrial cybersecurity.
- Experience conducting and managing vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits on IT/OT systems.
- Proficiency in deploying and managing SIEM platforms and OT security monitoring solutions for anomaly detection.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to lead a cybersecurity team and drive a culture of security awareness across technical and operational departments.
- Ability to translate complex cybersecurity risks into clear, actionable recommendations for senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating threat intelligence, assessing risks, and prioritizing security controls.
- Ability to make rapid, sound decisions during cybersecurity incidents and under high-pressure situations.
- Effective collaborator with IT, OT, engineering, and project management teams to embed security into project delivery.
Experience Requirements:
- 13-15 years of cybersecurity experience with significant focus on OT/ICS security in oil and gas or energy production environments.
- Hands-on experience securing Schneider Foxboro DCS and Triconex ESD Systems environments from cyber threats.
- Proven experience developing and implementing cybersecurity programs compliant with Saudi Aramco or ADNOC security requirements.
- Track record of leading cybersecurity incident response, risk assessments, and security audits in industrial settings.
