تقدم شركة Hawthorne Residential Partners فرصة عمل لفني صيانة من المستوى الثالث في السعودية. يلعب محترفو الصيانة دورًا حيويًا في إنشاء مجتمع سكني استثنائي، حيث سيكون المرشح مسؤولًا عن معالجة أوامر العمل المعقدة، وتوجيه الفنيين المبتدئين، والمساعدة في قيادة جهود الصيانة الوقائية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشخيص وإجراء أعمال الصيانة والإصلاحات في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة مهنية.
- ضمان إتمام جميع طلبات الخدمة وفقًا لمعايير Hawthorne.
- إصلاح وترميم الشقق الشاغرة إلى حالة الجاهزية قبل الانتقال التالي وفقًا لمعايير الشركة.
- المساعدة في صيانة وتنظيف حمام السباحة.
- إكمال أعمال الصيانة الوقائية وفقًا للإرشادات الواردة في سياسة الشركة.
- القيام بأعمال الصيانة اليومية للمباني والمناطق المشتركة، والحفاظ على نظافة الأرض وخلوها من النفايات.
- المحافظة على مظهر ورشة العمل لتسهيل التقييم السريع للمخزون.
- تقديم القيادة والتدريب والتوجيه لفريق الصيانة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (GED).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في صيانة الشقق أو حرفة ماهرة مثل HVAC أو السباكة أو الكهرباء.
- خبرة سابقة كرئيس أو فني أول (مفضلة بشدة).
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
- شهادة EPA/HVAC.
- شهادة CPO.
- القدرة على العمل بنظام الوردية أيام الإثنين إلى الجمعة من 8 صباحًا إلى 5 مساءً، مع المشاركة في دورة الطوارئ خارج ساعات العمل.

Maintenance Technicians work Monday through Friday, with standard office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role will require participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and occasional support for resident events, as needed.

Maintenance Technician III | Education, Experience, and License Qualifications
Education
- High School or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical. Prior supervisory or lead technician experience strongly preferred.
- Valid Driver's License
- EPA/ HVAC Certification
- CPO Certification
Repair & Preventative Maintenance
- Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
- Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
- Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status in preparation for the next move-in and per company standard.
- Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
- Completion of preventative maintenance according to the guidelines outlined in company policy.
- Perform building and common area upkeep daily. Assist in keeping ground neat and free of litter, debris, and pet waste.
- Maintain shop appearance to facilitate quick assessment of supply inventory.
- Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to the maintenance team.
- Promote good public relations with residents, co-workers, and company staff. Through the LIVE IT culture, always display a friendly and courteous attitude towards prospects, residents, vendors, and other employees. Always maintain professionalism.
- Conduct on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled.
- Follow safety guidelines in accordance with OSHA and company policy and standards.
