Role Purpose:

The ESG & CSR Professional role oversees the implementation and monitoring of the organization’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. The role ensures the strategy implementation, compliance with relevant standards, supports stakeholder engagement, and manages reporting and communication of sustainability performance.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Monitor ESG and CSR performance indicators and ensure accurate reporting.
• Ensure compliance with ESG regulations and disclosure frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
• Coordinate internal and external audits related to ESG and CSR.
• Manage community engagement programs and corporate giving initiatives.
• Support cross-functional teams in integrating ESG practices into operations.
• Prepare ESG disclosures and contribute to sustainability reports.
• Liaise with stakeholders to communicate ESG and CSR efforts effectively.
• Experience in ESG, CSR, and sustainability operations.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Experience in sustainability operations, measuring and reporting

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related field. (mandatory)
• 3 to 5 Years of Experience
