المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد وتحليل القوائم المالية والتقارير الإدارية وتحليل الانحرافات.
- تطوير النماذج المالية (financial models) والمساعدة في دورات إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات.
- مراقبة الأداء الفعلي مقابل الخطط وتحديد الاتجاهات والمخاطر والفرص.
- التعاون مع أقسام المحاسبة والعمليات والإدارة العليا لتوفير رؤى مالية واضحة.
- دعم تقييم الاستثمارات والمساهمة في تحسين العمليات المستمرة.
- المساعدة في ضمان الالتزام بالضوابط الداخلية والمعايير المالية وإعداد التقارير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو الاقتصاد أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الشهادات المهنية (مثل CFA, CMA, CPA) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- الخبرة في المجموعات المتنوعة أو القطاعات الصناعية أو المقاولات في منطقة الخليج تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- أساس قوي في المالية والتخطيط المالي مع القدرة على دعم إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات والنمذجة المالية طويلة الأجل.
- مهارات تحليلية عالية وخبرة في تفسير القوائم المالية لاستخلاص رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ.
- خبرة عملية في إعداد التقارير المالية بما في ذلك إعداد التقارير الإدارية ولوحات الأداء.
- إتقان متقدم لبرنامج Excel والإلمام بأنظمة ERP أو الأنظمة المالية؛ دقة عالية في الأرقام واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة مع القدرة على تقديم المعلومات المالية المعقدة بوضوح لأصحاب المصلحة غير الماليين.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Analyst role based in Dammam. The Financial Analyst will support business units by preparing and analyzing financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses to guide decision-making. Responsibilities include developing financial models, assisting with budgeting and forecasting cycles, monitoring actual performance versus plans, and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP or financial systems; strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Experience in diversified groups, industrial, or contracting sectors in the GCC region is a plus.
