تعلن شركة NOV عن توفر وظيفة Structural Service Engineer (مهندس خدمات هيكلية) في الدمام (المنطقة الشرقية)، بنظام الدوام الكامل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش والتقييم الهيكلي لمكونات الحفارات مثل الصواري والهياكل الفرعية والرافعات.
- تنفيذ عمليات التفتيش وإعداد التقارير الفنية وفقاً لمعايير NOV.
- تحديد مشاكل التعب أو التآكل.
- القدرة على مراجعة إجراءات الإصلاح والحسابات الهيكلية وخطط التعديل.
- التنسيق مع فرق الخدمات الميدانية والهندسة والعملاء بشأن نتائج التفتيش وتنفيذ الإصلاحات.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والجودة والتفتيش (API، NOV PI4G، ISO وغيرها).
- المساعدة في إعداد حزمة الوثائق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة الإنشائية أو المدنية أو الميكانيكية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في التفتيش الهيكلي أو الصيانة أو تصنيع الحفارات أو دعم ما بعد البيع.
- معرفة جيدة بطرق الاختبار غير المدمر (NDT) والرسومات الهيكلية والمعايير الدولية (API، ISO، DNV).
- مهارات قوية في إعداد التقارير والتواصل وحل المشكلات.
- الاستعداد للسفر إلى مواقع الحفارات حسب الحاجة.

Job Description
Position Title: Structural Service Engineer
Department: Aftermarket / Field Services
Location: Dammam Industrial City, KSA
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Perform structural inspections and assessments of rig components such as masts, substructures, and cranes.
Carry out inspections and prepare technical reports in accordance with NOV standards.
Identifying fatigue or corrosion issues.
Ability to review repair procedures, structural calculations, and modification plans.
Coordinate with field service teams, engineering, and customers for inspection findings and repair execution.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and inspection standards (API, NOV PI4G, ISO, etc.).
Support preparation of documentation packages.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
1 to 3 years of experience in structural inspection, maintenance, or rig fabrication/aftermarket support.
Good knowledge of NDT methods, structural drawings, and international standards (API, ISO, DNV).
Strong reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to rig sites and fabrication yards as required.
