NOV تعلن عن وظيفة فني صيانة ماكينات CNC (CNC Maintenance Technician) في مدينة الدمام الصناعية الثانية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يعمل فني الصيانة تحت إشراف مدير الصيانة ويقوم بأعمال صيانة المعدات في عمليات الإنتاج والمرافق. يشمل الدور تصميم وتوسيع نطاق عمليات الصيانة والأدوات والمعدات للحفاظ على تشغيل المعدات، بالإضافة إلى تحليل وتطوير الحلول لدعم المصنع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الداخلية والخارجية الصادرة عن الجهات المحلية وشركة NOV.
- الإبلاغ عن أي ممارسات أو ظروف غير آمنة أو خطرة إلى إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- يتطلب معرفة ومهارات عمل لأداء مجموعة محددة من العمليات التحليلية والتشغيلية.
- تطبيق الخبرات والمهارات لإنجاز المهام الموكلة.
- العمل تحت إشراف معتدل.
- فهم كيفية تكامل الفريق مع الآخرين لتحقيق أهداف الفريق.
- التواصل مع مدير الصيانة للتواصل مع الشركة المصنعة للمعدات الأصلية (OEM) لحل المشكلات وجميع أنشطة الصيانة.
- فهم جيد للميزات التقنية لوحدات التحكم في ماكينات CNC والأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية.
- أداء الصيانة الروتينية والوقائية.
- أداء الصيانة غير المجدولة والإصلاحات الطارئة حتى بعد ساعات العمل إذا لزم الأمر، وصيانة المعدات المساعدة في الوقت المناسب.
- تنفيذ عمليات التركيب والتحديثات للمعدات بالإضافة إلى مشاريع خاصة أخرى حسب الحاجة لزيادة كفاءة الماكينة وإنتاجية الشركة.
- الحفاظ على مخزون مواد ولوازم الصيانة لضمان تقليل وقت التوقف بسبب نقص القطع.
- أداء مجموعة واسعة من مهام الميكانيكي الماهر لتركيب المعدات الميكانيكية وحل المشكلات وإصلاحها وتعديلها.
- استخدام مجموعة واسعة من الأدوات اليدوية والكهربائية وأدوات الماكينة لتنفيذ المهام.
- إكمال وتوثيق أنشطة الصيانة المرتبطة بالصيانة التنبؤية والتصحيحية في قاعدة بيانات الصيانة المحوسبة.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية للمرافق لاكتشاف المشكلات وحلها.
- أي مهمة أخرى يكلفه بها المشرف المباشر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في تكنولوجيا الميكاترونكس (Electromechanics Technology).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في صيانة المعدات وخدمة ماكينات CNC.
المهارات المطلوبة
- صيانة المعدات وحل مشكلات خدمات ماكينات CNC.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية.
- معرفة ومهارات عمل لأداء مجموعة محددة من العمليات التحليلية أو التشغيلية.
- القدرة على تطبيق الخبرات والمهارات لإنجاز العمل ضمن مجال الخبرة.
- العمل ضمن إجراءات التشغيل القياسية و/أو الأساليب المتبعة.
- العمل تحت إشراف معتدل.
- مهارات تقنية واسعة في الأساليب التحليلية/التقنية أو العمليات التشغيلية لأداء مجموعة من الأنشطة.
- فهم كيفية تكامل الفريق مع الآخرين لتحقيق أهداف الفريق.
- لا توجد مسؤوليات إشرافية؛ إدارة عبء العمل الخاص.

Job Summary:
Reporting to the maintenance manager, performs equipment maintenance work in operations, production, and facility. Designs and scales up maintenance processes, instruments, and equipment to maintain operational equipment. Analyzes and develops solutions to support the plant.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:
Adhere to all internal and external HSE policies and procedures provided by the local authorities and NOV.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:
Adhere to all internal and external HSE policies and procedures provided by the local authorities and NOV.
- Report all unsafe and or hazardous acts or conditions to the HSE department.
- Requires working knowledge and skills to perform a defined set of analytical and operational processes.
- Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work.
- Works with a moderate degree of supervision.
- Understands how the team integrates with others to accomplish the team objectives.
- Report to the maintenance manager to communicate with the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for troubleshooting and all maintenance activities.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance.
- Perform unscheduled maintenance and emergency repairs even after hours, if necessary and supporting equipment in a timely manner.
- Perform installation and upgrades to equipment in addition to other special projects as needed to increase machine efficiency and company productivity.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance materials and supplies to assure down time is minimized due to lack of parts.
- Performs a wide variety of skilled mechanic duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and modify mechanical equipment.
- Uses a wide variety of hand, power, and machine tools to perform assignments.
- Complete and document maintenance activities associated with predictive and corrective maintenance activities in a computerized maintenance database.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
- Any task assigned by the line manager.

- Diploma in Electromechanics Technology
- Min 8 years of experience in Equipment Maintenance & CNC machine services.
