نبحث عن مدير مستودع سعودي مؤهل للإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمستودع، وضمان إدارة المخزون بكفاءة، والامتثال لسياسات الشركة ومعايير السلامة. تشمل المهام الإشراف على الموظفين، تحسين العمليات، وضمان معالجة المواد بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد لدعم العمليات التجارية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وتنسيق أنشطة الموظفين بما في ذلك التدريب وتطوير الموظفين وتقييم الأداء واتخاذ قرارات التوظيف ووضع الأهداف ومعايير الأداء للقسم المحدد.
- التقييم المستمر لعمليات المجموعة وأساليبها لضمان الاستخدام الأكثر فعالية للموارد والمعدات.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية أو دبلوم، ويفضل أن يكون في تخصص سلسلة التوريد، اللوجستيات والنقل، أو إدارة العمليات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال المستودعات / اللوجستيات، منها 5 سنوات في منصب إداري ذي صلة.

We are seeking a qualified Saudi National Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards. The role involves supervising staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring timely and accurate material handling to support business operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the activities of staff including training, employee development, performance evaluation, hiring decisions, and the establishment of goals and performance objectives for assigned department
- Provide continual evaluation of the group’s processes and methods, to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment.
- Accurately oversee the receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of inventory sold to customers
- Review and maintain KPI’s to achieve customer satisfaction
- Maintain Inventory accuracy
- Serve as a liaison between the warehouse area and other departments responding to all needs fairly and in the most productive manner
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
- Comply with all NOV company and HSE policies and procedures

- ERP experience (Omega /Oracle)

- Degree or diploma holder, preferably related to Supply Chain, Logistics and transport, Operations Manage
- Minimum 10 years of experience in warehousing /Logistics, out of which, 5 years in a related managerial position.
