يقدم ممثل الخدمة الميدانية (فني، الخدمة الميدانية المستوى الثالث) دعماً ميدانياً شاملاً لمنتجات أنظمة الألياف الزجاجية من NOV، بما في ذلك أنابيب RTP (القابلة للف) وRTR/GRE (الموصلة). تشمل هذه الوظيفة تركيب وتجميع الأنظمة، وإجراء الفحوصات والاختبارات، وحل المشكلات، وتقديم التوجيه الفني والتدريب للعملاء والمركبين. يتطلب الدور السفر المكثف إلى حقول النفط النائية، ومنصات الحفر، والمنصات البحرية، والمواقع الصناعية في جميع أنحاء العالم، مع ضمان السلامة والامتثال والحفاظ على التوثيق الميداني الدقيق والتنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تركيب وتجميع أنظمة الألياف الزجاجية القابلة للف (RTP) والموصلة (RTR/GRE) في مواقع العملاء.
- إجراء تجميع الوصلات والموصلات، والفحص، والاختبار وفقاً لمعايير الشركة.
- تشخيص وحل مشكلات الأنظمة، وتقديم الإصلاحات في الموقع.
- تقديم الدعم الفني والتوجيه للمركبين والعملاء.
- تقديم جلسات تدريبية للعاملين الميدانيين حول تركيب المنتجات وصيانتها.
- إكمال التوثيق الميداني الدقيق، بما في ذلك تقارير الخدمة وإدخال البيانات.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة وسياسات HSE الخاصة بالشركة في المواقع النائية.
- التنسيق مع مدير الخدمة الميدانية والفرق الداخلية لجدولة زيارات الخدمة.
- الحفاظ على مخزون الأدوات وقطع الغيار والمعدات اللازمة للعمليات الميدانية.
- السفر المكثف إلى حقول النفط العالمية، ومنصات الحفر، والمنصات البحرية، والمواقع الصناعية حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الزمالة أو شهادة فنية في الميكانيكا أو الكهرباء أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة معادلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الخدمة الميدانية مع أنظمة الأنابيب المصنوعة من الألياف الزجاجية أو المركبة.
- خلفية قوية في الخدمة الميدانية لتركيب أنظمة RTR/RTP أو أنظمة الأنابيب ذات الصلة الوثيقة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
- كفاءة ميكانيكية.
- القدرة على العمل بأمان في المواقع النائية/البرية/البحرية.
- رخصة قيادة سارية والاستعداد للسفر المكثف.

Responsibilities
- Install and assemble spoolable (RTP) and jointed (RTR/GRE) fiber glass systems at customer sites.
- Perform connector and joint assembly, inspection, and testing per company standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, providing on‑site repairs.
- Conduct technical support and provide guidance to installers and customers.
- Deliver training sessions for field personnel on product installation and maintenance.
- Complete accurate field documentation, including service reports and data entry.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies in remote locations.
- Coordinate with the Field Service Manager and internal teams to schedule service calls.
- Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment required for field operations.
- Travel extensively to global oilfields, rigs, marine platforms, and industrial sites as needed.
- Associate’s degree or technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of field service experience with fiber glass or composite piping systems.
- Strong field-service background in RTR/RTP installation or closely related piping systems
- Written and spoken English
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work safely in remote/onshore/offshore locations
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
