شركة NOV تعلن عن وظيفة فني صيانة ماكينات CNC في الدمام (المنطقة الشرقية) بالمملكة العربية السعودية. يتطلب الدور خبرة في تشخيص وإصلاح وصيانة ماكينات CNC لضمان أقصى وقت تشغيل ودعم عمليات التصنيع الآمنة والفعالة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات HSE الداخلية والخارجية التي توفرها الجهات المحلية وشركة NOV.
  • الإبلاغ عن أي ظروف أو ممارسات غير آمنة أو خطرة إلى قسم HSE.
  • يتطلب معرفة ومهارات عمل لأداء مجموعة محددة من العمليات التحليلية والتشغيلية، مع تطبيق الخبرة والمهارات لإنجاز العمل المكلف به.
  • العمل تحت إشراف بدرجة معتدلة، وفهم كيفية تكامل الفريق مع الآخرين لتحقيق أهداف الفريق.
  • التواصل مع مدير الصيانة للتواصل مع OEM للتشخيص وجميع أنشطة الصيانة.
  • فهم جيد للخصائص التقنية لأنظمة التحكم في ماكينات CNC والأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية.
  • أداء الصيانة الروتينية والوقائية.
  • أداء الصيانة غير المجدولة والإصلاحات الطارئة حتى بعد ساعات العمل عند الحاجة، وصيانة المعدات المساعدة في الوقت المناسب.
  • تركيب وترقية المعدات بالإضافة إلى المشاريع الخاصة الأخرى حسب الحاجة لزيادة كفاءة الآلات وإنتاجية الشركة.
  • الحفاظ على مخزون مواد ولوازم الصيانة لضمان تقليل وقت التوقف بسبب نقص القطع.
  • أداء مجموعة واسعة من مهام الميكانيكي الماهرة لتركيب وتشخيص وإصلاح وتعديل المعدات الميكانيكية.
  • استخدام مجموعة واسعة من الأدوات اليدوية والكهربائية والآلات لإنجاز المهام.
  • استكمال وتوثيق أنشطة الصيانة المرتبطة بأنشطة الصيانة التنبؤية والتصحيحية في قاعدة بيانات الصيانة المحوسبة.
  • إجراء فحوصات دورية للمرافق لاكتشاف المشكلات وحلها.
  • أي مهمة يكلف بها من المدير المباشر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم في تكنولوجيا الكهرباء والميكانيكا (Electromechanics Technology).
  • 5+ سنوات من الخبرة في صيانة المعدات وخدمة ماكينات CNC.
  • القدرة على قراءة المخططات والرسومات الفنية.
  • خبرة مع ماكينات CNC متعددة المحاور (ميزة إضافية).
  • التوجه نحو السلامة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • لا توجد مسؤوليات إشرافية؛ إدارة عبء العمل الخاص.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قوية في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
  • يتطلب معرفة ومهارات عمل لأداء مجموعة محددة من العمليات التحليلية أو التشغيلية، مع تطبيق الخبرة والمهارات لإنجاز العمل ضمن مجال الاختصاص.
  • العمل ضمن إجراءات التشغيل القياسية و/أو الأساليب المتبعة.
  • العمل تحت إشراف بدرجة معتدلة.
  • يتطلب مهارات تقنية موسعة في الأساليب التحليلية/التقنية أو العمليات التشغيلية لأداء مجموعة محددة من الأنشطة.
  • فهم كيفية تكامل الفريق مع الآخرين لتحقيق أهداف الفريق.
  • التعرف على المشكلات النموذجية التي قد تحدث في مجال العمل وحلها عن طريق تقييم واختيار الحلول من إجراءات التشغيل القياسية و/أو الأساليب التحليلية/التقنية.
  • التأثير على جودة العمل الخاص وعمل الفريق.
  • نقل المعلومات التقنية متوسطة التعقيد داخل الفريق.
  • مهارات قوية في التشخيص الكهربائي والميكانيكي.

Job Summary

 JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment. This role is critical to ensuring maximum uptime and supporting safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:

  • Adhere to all internal and external HSE policies and procedures provided by the local authorities and NOV.
  • Report all unsafe and or hazardous acts or conditions to the HSE department.
  • Requires working knowledge and skills to perform a defined set of analytical and operational processes.
  • Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work.
  • Works with a moderate degree of supervision.
  • Understands how the team integrates with others to accomplish the team objectives. - Report to the maintenance manager to communicate with the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for troubleshooting and all maintenance activities.

Good understanding of the technical features of CNC machines controls, electrical and mechanical systems.

Perform routine and preventive maintenance.

  • Perform unscheduled maintenance and emergency repairs even after hours, if necessary and supporting equipment in a timely manner.
  • Perform installation and upgrades to equipment in addition to other special projects as needed to increase machine efficiency and company productivity.
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance materials and supplies to assure down time is minimized due to lack of parts.
  • Performs a wide variety of skilled mechanic duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and modify mechanical equipment.
  • Uses a wide variety of hand, power, and machine tools to perform assignments.
  • Complete and document maintenance activities associated with predictive and corrective maintenance activities in a computerized maintenance database.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
  • Any task assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications

Qualifications: (Education/No. of Years of Experience):

  • Diploma in Electromechanics Technology
  • 5+ years of Equipment Maintenance & CNC machine services
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
  • Experience with multi-axis CNC machines is a plus
  • Safety-focused and detail-oriented
