تقدم شركة NOV فرصة وظيفية لمفتش جودة (Quality Control Inspector) في رأس الخير، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
دعم أنشطة التفتيش اليومية وإعداد التقارير، وضمان مطابقة المواد والمعدات للرسومات والمواصفات ومعايير الجودة المطلوبة، والحفاظ على سجلات التفتيش وإمكانية التتبع. تشمل المهام أيضاً دعم أنشطة الاختبارات غير الإتلافية (NDT)، ومراقبة المعايرة، والإبلاغ عن حالات عدم المطابقة (NCR)، والتدقيق، وإعداد الوثائق النهائية، والامتثال لنظام إدارة الجودة (QMS) الخاص بالشركة، والصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، ومتطلبات أرامكو السعودية، والمتطلبات الصناعية السارية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- القيام بأنشطة التفتيش وإعداد التقارير اليومية.
- العمل وفق إجراءات وسياسات نظام إدارة الجودة (QMS) والصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) الخاصة بقسم إصلاح وتصنيع المعدات (ARM).
- دعم مشرف الورشة في عمليات المراقبة والتحديد وإمكانية التتبع.
- مساعدة مدير/مشرف مراقبة الجودة في الأنشطة اليومية لمراقبة الجودة.
- إجراء التفتيش الوارد في الوقت المحدد (المواد، الهياكل الفولاذية، المعدات الرأسمالية، الأجزاء الميكانيكية).
- مراجعة واعتماد تقارير التفتيش المقدمة من الموردين.
- إجراء التفتيش على الجودة في الوقت المحدد وفقاً لخطة التفتيش والاختبار (ITP)/إجراءات الجودة (QP)، ودليل التصنيع (Router)، والرسومات، وتعليمات الجودة في الورش.
- إجراء التفتيش البصري والبعدي وفقاً لدليل التصنيع/بطاقة العمل والرسومات والمواصفات.
- إجراء الاختبارات غير الإتلافية (NDT) بما في ذلك الفحص بالجسيمات المغناطيسية (MPI)، وفحص السوائل المتخللة (LPI)، وغيرها من الطرق البصرية، وإعداد تقارير NDT وحفظ السجلات.
- مراقبة أنشطة NDT من طرف ثالث ومراجعة التقارير.
- رفع جميع المستندات في نظام إدارة المستندات (DMS) (Rig Docs) في الحالات ذات الصلة.
- مراقبة والحفاظ على معايرة أجهزة/معدات القياس محدثة.
- تسجيل حالات عدم المطابقة (NCR) وإجراءات التصحيح/الوقائية (CAR/PAR) في النظام.
- المشاركة في التدقيقات الداخلية والخارجية.
- الحفاظ على معرفة عملية بالمعايير والقوانين الحكومية ومعايير الجودة الخاصة بأرامكو السعودية والصناعة.
- إعداد ومراجعة كتيب البيانات النهائي (Final Data Book).
- أداء أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة بالعمل يتم تحديدها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خريج من جامعة أو معهد تقني معترف به بدرجة بكالوريوس أو دبلوم (4 سنوات نظامي) في الهندسة الميكانيكية / هندسة المعادن أو تخصص مكافئ.
- شهادة ASNT Level II سارية المفعول في MT (الفحص بالجسيمات المغناطيسية) وLPI (فحص السوائل المتخللة) إلزامية.
- شهادة ASNT Level II سارية المفعول في RT (التصوير الإشعاعي) وUT (الفحص بالموجات فوق الصوتية) مفضلة.
- شهادات CSWIP (معهد اللحام المعتمد) وBGAS (الجمعية البريطانية للمعايير) تعتبر إضافة ممتازة.

To hire a Quality Inspector who will support daily quality inspection and reporting activities, ensure materials and equipment meet required drawings, specifications, and quality standards, and maintain proper inspection records and traceability. The role will also support NDT activities, calibration control, NCR reporting, audits, final documentation, and compliance with company QMS, HSE, Saudi Aramco, and applicable industry requirements.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day inspection and reporting activities.
- Work in accordance with ARM QMS and HSE procedures& policies.
- Supporting workshop foreman in monitoring, identification, and traceability process.
- Assisting QC manager/supervisor in day-to-day QC activities
- Perform timely incoming inspection (materials, steel structures, capital equipment, mechanical parts).
- Review and approval of supplier inspection report
- Perform timely quality inspection in accordance with Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)/QP, Router, drawings, and quality instructions in the shops.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspection as per Router/ Job Card, Drawing and Specs.
- Perform NDT including MPI, LPI, and other visual methods. Preparation of NDT reports and record keeping.
- Monitor the third-party NDT activities and review the reports.
- Upload all documents in DMS (Rig Docs) in relevant cases.
- Monitoring and maintaining the measurement instrument/ equipment calibration up to date.
- Register NCR, CAR/ PAR entry into System.
- Involvement in Internal and External audits.
- Maintain a working knowledge of government, Saudi Aramco and industrial quality codes and standards.
- Preparation and review of Final Data book
- Perform another work-related task as assigned.
- Graduate of a recognized university or technology institute with a bachelor’s degree or Diploma (4 years regular) in Mechanical / Metallurgy Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- ASNT Level II valid Certification for MT & LPI is must
- ASNT Level II valid Certification for RT & UT is preferrable.
- CSWIP & BGAS certification is plus.
