المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم فريق تطوير الأعمال من خلال متابعة جداول المشاريع والوثائق التجارية.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية لجمع المعلومات اللازمة للتقارير والمشاريع.
- إعداد محاضر الاجتماعات ومتابعة بنود العمل الموكلة.
- دعم الأنشطة الإدارية والتشغيلية ضمن وظيفة تطوير الأعمال.
- جمع البيانات التجارية والتحقق منها وتوحيدها من مصادر متعددة.
- إعداد تقارير دورية ولوحات بيانات وعروض تقديمية للإدارة.
- المساعدة في تحليل أداء الأعمال وتحديد الاتجاهات.
- دعم أنشطة المحتوى المحلي وتقارير (IKTVA).
- الحفاظ على وثائق وسجلات ومتابعات (IKTVA).
- التنسيق مع الجهات الداخلية لجمع بيانات المحتوى المحلي.
- المساعدة في مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمحتوى المحلي والتأكد من تحديث الوثائق.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة ومنظمة وجاهزة للتدقيق.
- تحديد فرص تحسين التقارير وإدارة البيانات والعمليات الإدارية.
- دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر من خلال توثيق العمليات وتوحيدها.
- دعم المشاريع الخاصة والمهام المؤقتة بتوجيه من مدير تطوير الأعمال أو المشرف.
- أداء مهام أخرى تتوافق مع أهداف برنامج التدريب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في نظم المعلومات الإدارية، إدارة الأعمال، المالية، سلسلة التوريد أو مجال ذي صلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات.
- دقة فائقة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة شفهياً وكتابياً.

Job Description
Inside Sales intern will work closely with the Business Development team to produce accurate reports, analyze data trends, and assist with Local Content (IKTVA) activities. Responsibilities
- Business Developments Support
- Maintain project trackers, and business documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect and consolidate information required for reports and projects.
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on assigned action items.
- Support administrative and operational activities within the Business Development function.
- Business Reporting & Analysis
- Collect, validate, and consolidate business data from multiple sources.
- Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Assist in analyzing business performance and identifying trends.
- Local Content & IKTVA Support
- Support Local Content and IKTVA reporting activities.
- Maintain IKTVA documentation, trackers, and supporting records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather data required for Local Content reporting.
- Assist in monitoring Local Content KPIs and ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.
- Process Improvement & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is organized and audit-ready.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data management, and administrative processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through standardization and documentation of business processes.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Support special projects and ad hoc assignments as directed by the Business Development Director or Supervisor.
- Perform other duties consistent with the objectives of the internship program.
- Bachelor in MIS, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
