تعلن شركة Crown Holdings, Inc. ممثلة بشركة CROWN Arabia Can Company Ltd عن حاجتها لتعيين فني ميكانيكي للخطوط الخلفية (Back End LSM Mechanic) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، للعمل على صيانة وإصلاح معدات خطوط صنع الأغطية والقوالب (LSM) في مصنع إنتاج العلب.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن فني ميكانيكي ذو خبرة للقيام بأعمال الصيانة، واستكشاف الأعطال، وإصلاح جميع الآلات والمعدات في القسم الخلفي من عملية تصنيع العلب، مع التركيز على خطوط صنع الأغطية والقوالب (LSM)، لضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية وجودة المنتج.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • أعمال الصيانة الوقائية الدورية لجميع آلات LSM بما في ذلك المكابس، والمقصات، وآلات التبطين، والناقلات المرتبطة بها وفقاً للجداول والإجراءات المحددة.
  • تشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية والهوائية والهيدروليكية لمعدات LSM وإصلاحها بسرعة وفعالية لتقليل وقت التوقف.
  • تنفيذ الإصلاحات والتجديدات واستبدال الأجزاء التالفة أو البالية كالمحامل، والتروس، والأحزمة، والمانعات، والمكونات الميكانيكية الأخرى.
  • إجراء الضبطات والمعايرة للمعدات لضمان مطابقة المنتج للمواصفات ومعايير الجودة بشكل مستمر.
  • استخدام المخططات والرسومات الهندسية والأدلة الفنية للمساعدة في تشخيص الأعطال وأعمال الإصلاح.
  • التعاون مع مشغلي الإنتاج والمشرفين لتحديد المشاكل المتكررة في المعدات وحلها.
  • توثيق كافة أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح بدقة في نظام إدارة الصيانة المحوسب (CMMS).
  • الالتزام بجميع لوائح السلامة وسياسات الشركة وممارسات التصنيع الجيدة (GMPs).
  • المشاركة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر التي تهدف إلى تعزيز موثوقية وكفاءة المعدات.
  • المساعدة في تركيب وتشغيل معدات LSM الجديدة عند الحاجة.
  • الحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة وآمنة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات مثبتة كفني صيانة ميكانيكي مع تركيز قوي على آلات التصنيع عالية السرعة، ويفضل في صناعة العلب أو التغليف المشابه.
  • خبرة واضحة في صيانة وإصلاح معدات صنع الأغطية والقوالب (LSM) تعتبر ميزة قوية.
  • قدرة ميكانيكية عالية مع فهم شامل للأنظمة الهيدروليكية والهوائية.
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الميكانيكية والمخططات والأدلة الفنية.
  • إتقان استخدام مجموعة متنوعة من الأدوات اليدوية والكهربائية وأدوات القياس الدقيقة.
  • مهارات ممتازة في استكشاف الأعطال وحل المشكلات مع نهج منهجي لتحديد الأسباب الجذرية.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق في بيئة تصنيع سريعة الوتيرة.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية شفهياً وكتابياً.
  • شهادة تدريب مهني أو دبلوم تقني في الصيانة الميكانيكية أو الميكانيكا الصناعية أو مجال ذي صلة.

Job Description

Job Summary:**

CROWN Arabia Can Company Ltd is seeking an experienced and skilled Back End LSM Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all machinery and equipment within the back end of our can manufacturing process, specifically focusing on Lid and Shell Making (LSM) lines, to ensure optimal operational efficiency and product quality.

Job Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on all Back End LSM machinery, including presses, slitters, lining machines, and associated conveyors, according to established schedules and procedures.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on LSM equipment promptly and effectively to minimize downtime.
  • Execute repairs, overhauls, and replacements of worn or defective parts, including bearings, gears, belts, seals, and other mechanical components.
  • Conduct equipment adjustments and calibrations to ensure product specifications and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Utilize schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to aid in troubleshooting and repair activities.
  • Collaborate with production operators and supervisors to identify and resolve recurring equipment problems.
  • Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new LSM equipment as required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Job Qualifications:**

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a maintenance mechanic, with a strong focus on high-speed manufacturing machinery, preferably within the can making or similar packaging industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance and repair of Lid and Shell Making (LSM) equipment is highly preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with a comprehensive understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools, as well as precision measuring instruments.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to identifying root causes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Vocational training or a technical diploma in mechanical maintenance, industrial mechanics, or a related field is required.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational demands require.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to all company safety protocols.
