تسعى شركة Crown Holdings, Inc. (CROWN KSA) إلى توظيف ميكانيكي واجهة أمامية (Front End Mechanic) للعمل في مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية. يهدف هذا الدور إلى إجراء الصيانة والتشخيص والإصلاح لمختلف المركبات والمعدات لضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية وسلامة الأسطول.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الصيانة الروتينية والوقائية لمجموعة متنوعة من المركبات والمعدات، بما في ذلك الشاحنات والرافعات الشوكية والآلات الصناعية الأخرى.
- تشخيص وحل المشكلات الميكانيكية باستخدام أدوات ومعدات التشخيص.
- إصلاح واستبدال الأجزاء التالفة، بما في ذلك المحركات وناقل الحركة والمكابح والتوجيه والتعليق والأنظمة الهيدروليكية.
- إجراء عمليات الفحص لتحديد المشكلات المحتملة وضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة.
- أداء أعمال اللحام والتصنيع حسب الحاجة للإصلاحات والتعديلات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجميع أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح التي تم إجراؤها.
- الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات السلامة الخاصة بالشركة.
- المساعدة في إدارة مخزون قطع الغيار والمواد.
- التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق الآخرين لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة وإنجاز المهام في الوقت المناسب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ يفضل الحصول على شهادة مهنية أو فنية في إصلاح السيارات أو المعدات الثقيلة.
- خبرة مثبتة كميكانيكي واجهة أمامية أو دور مماثل، ويفضل أن يكون في بيئة صناعية أو أسطول.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة المركبات، بما في ذلك المحركات وناقل الحركة والأنظمة الكهربائية والهيدروليكية والهوائية.
- إتقان استخدام أجهزة التشخيص والأدوات اليدوية.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الأدلة الفنية والمخططات.
- رخصة قيادة سارية؛ قد تكون رخصة القيادة التجارية (CDL) مطلوبة لبعض الأدوار.
- القدرة على رفع الأشياء الثقيلة والعمل في ظروف جوية مختلفة.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة تشغيل الرافعة الشوكية (Forklift).

Job Responsibilities**
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of vehicles and equipment, including trucks, forklifts, and other industrial machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Repair and replace defective parts, including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Perform welding and fabrication as needed for repairs and modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management of parts and supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification in automotive or heavy equipment repair preferred.
- Proven experience as a Front End Mechanic or similar role, preferably in an industrial or fleet environment.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Valid driver's license; CDL may be required for certain roles.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Forklift certification preferred.
