تعلن شركة CCR Commercial Refrigeration عن توفر وظيفة فني تبريد للعمل في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. يهدف الدور إلى تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح لأنظمة ومعدات التبريد بكفاءة ودقة عالية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء صيانة واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح أجهزة وأنظمة التبريد.
- إعادة تأهيل الضواغط المفتوحة وشبه المغلقة.
- صيانة وإصلاح وحدات التكثيف والمكثفات.
- خدمة وصيانة أنظمة التبريد المركزية متعددة الرفوف.
- صيانة وإصلاح الكبائن البعيدة والمدمجة.
- خدمة واستكشاف أخطاء الغرف الباردة (المبردات والمجمدات الداخلية والمجمدة السريعة والمبردات).
- برمجة واستكشاف أخطاء وحدات التحكم الإلكترونية والميكانيكية للتبريد.
- برمجة واستكشاف أخطاء أنظمة المراقبة عن بُعد.
- صيانة وإصلاح ماكينات الثلج (مثل Scotsman).
- اتباع الرسومات التخطيطية وتركيب الأنابيب ومعدات التبريد.
- لحام وإصلاح الوصلات التالفة والتسريبات.
- مراقبة واختبار تشغيل النظام باستخدام المقاييس والأجهزة.
- ضبط الصمامات وشحن الأنظمة بالمبرد المناسب.
- تقدير وطلب وجمع وتركيب المواد والتوريدات اللازمة لأعمال الصيانة.
- تركيب صمامات التمدد والتحكم باستخدام الأدوات والتقنيات المناسبة.
- إعداد وحفظ سجلات دقيقة للإصلاحات والاستبدالات وأسباب الأعطال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في مجال التبريد التجاري.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة تبريد السوبرماركت مثل أنظمة الرفوف المتوازية وحالات العرض والمبردات المدمجة.
- إجادة أنظمة التحكم والتشخيص في التبريد (مثل Emerson E2 و Danfoss و Carel).
- رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية المفعول.
- الاستعداد للعمل بنظام المناوبات والاستجابة لنداءات الطوارئ خارج أوقات العمل الرسمية.
- قدرة بدنية على رفع المعدات الثقيلة وتسلق السلالم والعمل في بيئات باردة.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Refrigeration Technician to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to perform efficient, accurate, and high-quality maintenance and repair activities on refrigeration systems and equipment for customers. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in servicing various refrigeration systems and components, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigerant devices and systems.
- Overhaul open and semi-hermetic compressors.
- Maintain and repair condensing units and condensers.
- Service and maintain centralized refrigeration systems with multiple racks.
- Maintain and repair remote and plug-in cabinets.
- Service and troubleshoot cold rooms (walk-in chillers/freezers, blast freezers, and chillers).
- Program and troubleshoot electronic and mechanical refrigeration controllers.
- Program and troubleshoot remote monitoring systems.
- Maintain and repair ice machines (e.g., Scotsman).
- Follow layout drawings and carry out installation of piping and refrigeration equipment.
- Braze and repair defective joints and leaks.
- Observe and test system operations using gauges and instruments.
- Adjust valves and charge systems with the appropriate refrigerant.
- Estimate, order, collect, and install required materials and supplies for maintenance work.
- Install expansion and control valves using proper tools and techniques.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of repairs, replacements, and causes of malfunctions.
- 5-7 years of experience in commercial refrigeration.
- Strong knowledge of supermarket refrigeration systems such as parallel rack systems, display cases, and plug-ins.
- Proficiency in refrigeration control and diagnostic systems (e.g., Emerson E2, Danfoss, Carel).
- Valid KSA driver’s license.
- Willingness to work on-call and respond to emergency service calls outside of regular hours.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in cold environments.
