• 5+ years of proven mechanical maintenance experience in a factory or industrial plant
• Steel works, metal fabrication, or scaffolding experience preferred
• Able to diagnose faults quickly and work independently
• Able to read mechanical drawings and use hand and power tools
• Basic welding skills are an advantage
• Strong safety mindset and flexibility for shifts
• Technical diploma in mechanical or industrial maintenance is preferred, but not required for the right experience.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance for mechanical and production-related systems.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose mechanical faults and identify root causes efficiently.
• Candidates should possess experience in Preventive Maintenance to plan and execute scheduled servicing that minimizes breakdowns.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Maintenance & Repair for mechanical components, tools, and industrial machinery.
• Technical or vocational diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience as a mechanical maintenance technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and proper use of hand and power tools is required.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals, and to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to work in shifts or extended hours when needed.
