شركة Napco National تعلن عن وظيفة مشغل إنتاج (Production Operator) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التحقق من توفر جميع المستندات المطلوبة (JFT، PCC، إلخ) قبل بدء تشغيل مهمة جديدة لتقليل وقت التوقف وضمان اتساق الإنتاج.
- تشغيل الماكينة وفقًا لتعليمات العمل لضمان تشغيل آمن وسليم.
- استكشاف المشكلات وطلب الدعم عند الحاجة لتقليل وقت التوقف وتحسين الكفاءة.
- فحص عينة بدء التشغيل وإرسالها إلى قائد الفريق للموافقة قبل تمريرها لفحص مراقبة الجودة لضمان جودة التشغيل.
- إجراء فحص الجودة وفقًا لورقة الفحص الذاتي من قبل المشغل، وتوقيعها، وتقديم عينات لمراقبة الجودة لفحصها لضمان جودة التشغيل.
- الإبلاغ عن أي عيوب في الجودة إلى مراقبة الجودة وقائد الفريق لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
- طلب دعم الصيانة لمهام الإصلاح من قائد الفريق لإجراء الصيانة التصحيحية.
- توزيع المهام على المساعدين لضمان تشغيل منظم، والحفاظ على ظروف 5S للماكينات ومكان العمل المحيط.
- ملء تقرير الإنتاج اليومي وإرساله إلى قائد الفريق لتوثيق وتتبع جميع أنشطة الإنتاج.
- ملء بطاقة مراقبة العملية للطلبات الجديدة وإرسالها إلى قائد الفريق للموافقة عليها وتسجيلها في النظام لتحسين الإنتاجية والكفاءة.
- إنشاء ملصق المنتج والمنصة النقالة لضمان صحة التفاصيل وطريقة التعبئة.
- تنفيذ إجراءات وتعليمات الصحة والسلامة الخاصة بمهام العمل.
- حضور جميع التدريبات التي تقدمها الشركة والمساهمة في أنشطة الصحة والسلامة المهنية المختلفة.
- الإبلاغ عن جميع الحوادث الوشيكة وإغلاقها، ووقف الأفعال والظروف غير الآمنة.
- التأكد من وجود جميع احتياطات السلامة قبل بدء أي عمل.
- رفض أداء العمل في حالة وجود ظروف غير آمنة.
- استخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) المقدمة.
- فحص الأدوات والمعدات والمركبات قبل الاستخدام.
- الالتزام بخطة الاستجابة للطوارئ ومعرفة موقع معدات الإسعافات الأولية ومكافحة الحرائق.
- العمل في حالة صحية جيدة والإبلاغ عن أي مرض للمسؤول المباشر.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
- Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) prior to new job start-up in order to minimize downtime and insure production consistency.
- Operate machine as per the Work Instruction in order to insure a safe and sound runnability.
- Troubleshoot problems and request support upon need, in order to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Check and relay startup sample to the section Team Leader for his approval before passing same for QC inspection to ensure quality of the start-up run.
- Conduct quality inspection according to the self - Inspection Sheet by operator, sign it and provide samples to QC for inspection to ensure a quality run.
- Report any quality defects to QC and Team Leader to take any necessary action.
- Request maintenance support for reparation task, from Team Leader to conduct corrective maintenance.
- Assign tasks to Helpers to insure an organized run, and sustain the 5S conditions of his machines and surrounding work place.
- Fill the daily Production Report and relay it to the Team Leader in order to document and track all production activities.
- Fill Process Control card for new orders and relay it to the Team Leader for approval and system logging for better productivity and efficiency.
- Generate the product and pallet label to ensure correct details and packing mode.
- Implement health and safety procedures and instructions of his/her function(s) of work.
- Attend all training offered by the company and Contribute in the different OH&S activities
- Report; lock out, all near misses, and stop unsafe acts, and conditions.
- Ensure that all safety precautions are in place before beginning any work.
- Refuse to perform work when unsafe conditions exist.
- Use the provided PPE safety equipment.
- Inspect tools, equipment and vehicles before use.
- Adhere and implement emergency response plan and location of first aid and firefighting equipment.
