تعلن شركة NOV عن توفر وظيفة Country Manager: Wellsite Services في السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تأسيس والحفاظ على أعلى معايير الأداء في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) عبر جميع عمليات المملكة العربية السعودية. تحقيق أداء تجاري مربح ومستدام من خلال إدارة فعالة للأرباح والخسائر (P&L) ورأس المال العامل. ضمان جودة الخدمة المتسقة والموثوقية التشغيلية ورضا العملاء. تطوير فريق قادر ومسؤول ومتحمس مع خط أنابيب قوي من المواهب المحلية. تعزيز العلاقات مع العملاء الرئيسيين ووضع NOV Wellsite Services كشريك موثوق طويل الأمد. تنمية الأعمال من خلال توسيع الخدمات الحالية وإدخال خطوط إنتاج جديدة واستكشاف فرص السوق الجديدة. تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجية الوطنية بما يتماشى مع أهداف NOV وتوجيهات الإدارة العليا. تحقيق أداء مربح ومستدام عبر أعمال التحكم في المواد الصلبة (Solids Control) وإدارة النفايات (Waste Management) والحفر بالضغط المتحكم فيه (MPD). تنمية كل خط خدمة من خلال تعزيز العمليات الحالية وإدخال حلول جديدة وتطوير فرص عملاء جدد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة أعمال التحكم في المواد الصلبة (Solids Control) وإدارة النفايات (Waste Management) والحفر بالضغط المتحكم فيه (MPD) في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- ضمان أعلى معايير HSE عبر العمليات الميدانية وورش العمل والمرافق وأنشطة النقل.
- تحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن أداء P&L الوطني وإعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤات والربحية ومراقبة التكاليف.
- إدارة رأس المال العامل بما في ذلك المستحقات والمخزون واستخدام الأصول والإيرادات غير المفصولة.
- ضمان تقديم خدمات آمنة وموثوقة وفعالة وفقًا للمتطلبات التعاقدية وتوقعات العملاء.
- الحفاظ على جاهزية المعدات وجودة الخدمة والموارد التشغيلية الكافية.
- قيادة وتطوير وتحفيز الفريق الوطني من خلال وضع أهداف وتوقعات أداء واضحة.
- بناء القدرات المحلية وتطوير المواهب السعودية والحفاظ على خطط تعاقب فعالة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال لكل خط خدمة.
- تحديد فرص إدخال تقنيات ومنتجات وخدمات جديدة إلى السوق السعودي.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الرئيسيين ومعالجة المخاوف التشغيلية أو التجارية فورًا.
- قيادة المناقصات الرئيسية ومفاوضات العقود ومراجعات الأسعار والعروض التجارية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجية الوطنية بما يتماشى مع أهداف NOV وتوجيهات الإدارة العليا.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات NOV والضوابط الداخلية ومعايير العملاء واللوائح السعودية المعمول بها.
- مراقبة الأداء التشغيلي والتجاري وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في خدمات النفط والغاز، بما في ذلك خمس سنوات على الأقل في منصب قيادي عليا مع مسؤولية P&L. يُفضل خبرة 15 عامًا أو أكثر.
- خبرة تشغيلية أو تجارية ذات صلة في التحكم في المواد الصلبة (Solids Control) أو إدارة النفايات (Waste Management) أو الحفر بالضغط المتحكم فيه (MPD) أو خدمات الحفر ذات الصلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة P&L والميزانيات والتنبؤات ورأس المال العامل وأداء الأعمال.
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة فرق تشغيلية وفنية وتجارية متعددة التخصصات.
- فهم قوي لقيادة HSE وجودة الخدمة وإدارة المخاطر في عمليات النفط والغاز.
- خبرة في تطوير استراتيجيات المبيعات وقيادة المناقصات والتفاوض على العقود وتنمية خدمات الأعمال.
- معرفة قوية بسوق النفط والغاز السعودي وعملائه الرئيسيين.
- قدرة مثبتة على بناء علاقات إنتاجية مع العملاء والموردين والشركاء وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.
- مهارات قوية في التخطيط الاستراتيجي واتخاذ القرارات وحل المشكلات.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض باللغة الإنجليزية.
- إجادة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- الاستعداد للسفر بانتظام إلى مكاتب العملاء وورش العمل والمواقع الميدانية في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية.

- Establish and maintain the highest standards of HSE performance across all Saudi Arabia operations.

- Lead the Solids Control, Waste Management, and Managed Pressure Drilling businesses in Saudi Arabia.
- Ensure the highest HSE standards across field operations, workshops, facilities, and transportation activities.
- Maintain full accountability for country P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and cost control.
- Manage working capital, including receivables, inventory, asset utilization, and unbilled revenue.
- Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient service delivery in accordance with contractual and client requirements.
- Maintain equipment readiness, service quality, and adequate operational resources.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the country team by setting clear objectives and performance expectations.
- Build local capabilities, develop Saudi talent, and maintain effective succession plans.
- Develop and execute sales and business-development plans for each service line.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new technologies, products, and services into the Saudi market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and address operational or commercial concerns promptly.
- Lead major tenders, contract negotiations, pricing reviews, and commercial proposals.
- Develop and implement the country strategy in line with NOV objectives and senior management direction.
- Ensure compliance with NOV policies, internal controls, client standards, and applicable Saudi regulations.
- Monitor business and operational performance and implement corrective actions when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in oilfield services, including at least five years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility. Fifteen or more years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Relevant operational or commercial experience in Solids Control, Waste Management, Managed Pressure Drilling, or related drilling services.
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasts, working capital, and business performance.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary operational, technical, and commercial teams.
- Strong understanding of HSE leadership, service quality, and risk management within oilfield operations.
- Experience developing sales strategies, leading tenders, negotiating contracts, and growing service businesses.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian oil and gas market and its major clients.
- Established ability to build productive relationships with clients, suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Arabic language capability is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regularly to client offices, workshops, and field locations across Saudi Arabia.
