شركة NOV تعلن عن تدريب تعاوني لوظيفة متدرب صيانة (Coop Maintenance Technician) في الشرقية، رأس الخير، السعودية، حيث ستشارك في الأنشطة اليومية تحت إشراف فنيين ومشرفين ذوي خبرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المشاركة في الأنشطة اليومية بالورشة تحت إشراف فنيين ومشرفين ذوي خبرة.
- المساعدة في مهام تفكيك المعدات، فحصها، تجميعها، اختبارها، وصيانتها.
- تعلم وتطبيق إجراءات الشركة والمعايير الفنية ومتطلبات الجودة وممارسات السلامة.
- دعم أنشطة التوثيق والفحص وإعداد التقارير حسب المهام الموكلة.
- المشاركة في جلسات التدريب الفني وفرص التعلم أثناء العمل.
- إظهار ممارسات العمل الآمنة والامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) الخاصة بالشركة.
- الحفاظ على موقف إيجابي تجاه التعلم والتحسين المستمر.

About The Team

- Participate in daily workshop activities under the supervision of experienced technicians and supervisors.
- Assist with equipment dismantling, inspection, assembly, testing, and maintenance activities.
- Learn and apply company procedures, technical standards, quality requirements, and safety practices.
- Support documentation, inspection, and reporting activities as assigned.
- Participate in technical training sessions and on-the-job learning opportunities.
- Demonstrate safe working practices and compliance with company HSE requirements.
- Maintain a positive attitude toward learning and continuous improvement.
- Perform other training-related duties assigned by supervisors.
