تعلن شركة NOV عن توفر وظيفة مفتش معدات حفر / NDT Inspector في مدينة الشيحية بالمنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- مفتش مؤهل وذو خبرة للقيام بفحص معدات الحفر وتقديم خدمات الاختبارات غير المتلفة (NDT).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء فحص معدات الحفر وخدمات NDT في المنشآت البرية والبحرية ومواقع العملاء داخل الأراضي الجزائرية.
- الإشراف على خدمات فحص أنابيب الحفر وفقًا لإجراءات API وDS1.
- إعداد تقارير الفحص وكشوف الوقت اليومية باستخدام قواعد بيانات NOV.
- ضمان استخدام جميع معدات العمل وفقًا لإرشادات الشركة المصنعة وصيانتها بحالة آمنة، والإبلاغ عن أي قصور.
- أداء المهام وفقًا لإجراءات ضمان الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة وإرشادات الشركة.
- الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من النظافة والترتيب في منطقة العمل.
- الإبلاغ عن تقدم العمل يوميًا إلى المشرف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في فحص معدات الحفر وخدمات الاختبارات غير المتلفة.
- الحد الأدنى من شهادة الثانوية العامة مع شهادات سابقة في اختبار الجسيمات المغناطيسية، اختبار الاختراق السائل، الفحص البصري، الفحص الكهرومغناطيسي، واختبار سمك الجدار بالموجات فوق الصوتية.
- خبرة عمل لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في المجال ذي الصلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير إجراءات ومعايير الفحص باللغة الإنجليزية.
- إجادة التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
- شهادات سابقة في اختبار الجسيمات المغناطيسية، اختبار الاختراق السائل، الفحص الكهرومغناطيسي واختبار الموجات فوق الصوتية.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualified and experienced inspector to perform inspection of drilling equipment and provide NDT services
Responsibilities/Accountabilty & Authority
- To perform inspection of drilling equipment and NDT services
- Perform inspection services at on/offshore installations and customer locations within Algerian territory.
- Able to oversee Drill Pipe inspection services in accordance with API and DS1 procedures.
- Responsible to compile inspection reports / daily time sheet using the NOV databases.
- Ensure all work equipment is used as per the manufacturers’ guidelines, it is maintained in a safe condition and report any deficiencies.
- Perform duties in accordance with QA, HSE, company procedures, instructions & guidelines.
- Maintain high standard of housekeeping within work area.
- Report job progress on daily basis to supervisor
- Experience in drilling equipment inspection and non-destructive testing services
- Minimum High School Graduate with previous certification in Magnetic particle testing, liquid penetrant testing, visual testing, electromagnetic inspection, and ultrasonic wall thickness testing.
- Able to read and interpret inspection procedures and standards in English.
- Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Previous certification in magnetic particle inspection, liquid penetrant inspection, electromagnetic inspection and ultrasonic testing
