تعلن شركة Rapiscan Systems، الرائدة عالمياً في تقنيات الكشف والمتخصصة في أنظمة تفتيش الشحنات والمركبات، عن توفر وظيفة فني خدمة ميدانية (Field Service Technician) في مدينة الرياض (قدية سيتي)، المملكة العربية السعودية.

تعمل Rapiscan Systems على توفير حلول متقدمة لتفتيش الشحنات والمركبات باستخدام تقنيات الأشعة السينية منخفضة ومتوسطة وعالية الطاقة، لدعم المنافذ الحدودية والمطارات والمنشآت العسكرية والمناطق عالية الخطورة. نحن نبحث عن فنيين ميدانيين مؤهلين للانضمام إلى فريقنا في قدية سيتي، حيث ستقوم بتقديم دعم فني من المستوى الأول والثاني لأنظمة التفتيح المعقدة، بما في ذلك تشخيص الأعطال وصيانة وإصلاح معدات المسح بالأشعة السينية، بالإضافة إلى دعم أنشطة المهندسين الميدانيين من المستوى الثالث.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- صيانة وإصلاح الأنظمة: تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة والتشخيص والإصلاح للمستوى الأول والثاني لأنظمة تفتيش الشحنات والمركبات (CVI) ومكوناتها الميكانيكية والكهربائية والبرمجية حسب توجيهات مهندس الخدمة الميدانية (FSE).
- التشخيص الفني وحل الأعطال: تحديد وعزل وحل المشكلات الفنية في أنظمة CVI، مع ضمان تقليل وقت التوقف وتحقيق الأداء الأمثل من خلال مهام الصيانة الوقائية والتفاعلية.
- التواصل الفني والتصعيد: تقديم تقارير شفهية ومكتوبة واضحة لتصعيد المشكلات الفنية المعقدة (المستوى الثالث) إلى فرق الهندسة أو مهندسي الموقع، لضمان الحل الدقيق في الوقت المناسب.
- دعم التركيب: مساعدة فرق التركيب أثناء مراحل نشر الأنظمة، بما يشمل الإعداد والتكوين والاختبار الأولي لأنظمة CVI.
- التوثيق وإعداد التقارير: إكمال جميع الوثائق الفنية المطلوبة، بما في ذلك تقارير الخدمة اليومية والأسبوعية وسجلات النظام، وإدخال بيانات الخدمة بدقة في قواعد البيانات الداخلية وأدوات إعداد التقارير.
- الامتثال والسلامة: الالتزام بجميع معايير وبروتوكولات السلامة الخاصة بالشركة والعملاء والجهات التنظيمية أثناء العمل في الموقع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في الخدمة الميدانية أو صيانة وإصلاح مجموعة من المنتجات.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في بيئات قاسية ونائية.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
- تشغيل الأدوات الكهربائية واستخدام الأدوات اليدوية.
- خبرة سابقة في مجال كهربائي أو ميكانيكي.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في تقديم الخدمات الميدانية (وسيتم تقديم تدريب كامل للمرشح المناسب).
- ميزة إضافية: الحصول على تدريب على منصة الرفع (IPAF Manlift).
- ميزة إضافية: التحدث باللغة العربية.
- يفضل الحصول على درجة هندسية.

In this role, you will deliver Level 1 and Level 2 field technical support for advanced cargo and vehicle inspection systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing complex X-ray scanning equipment, while supporting the daily activities of Level 3 Field Service Engineers (FSEs).

In this role, you will deliver Level 1 and Level 2 field technical support for advanced cargo and vehicle inspection systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing complex X-ray scanning equipment, while supporting the daily activities of Level 3 Field Service Engineers (FSEs).
Responsibilities
- System Maintenance & Repair Perform Level 1 and Level 2 maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Cargo Vehicle Inspection (CVI) systems and subsystems, including mechanical, electrical, and software components, as directed by the Field Service Engineer (FSE).
- Technical Diagnostics & Fault Resolution Identify, isolate, and resolve technical issues across CVI systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance. This includes both proactive and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Technical Communication & Escalation Provide clear and concise oral and written reports to escalate complex technical issues (Level 3) to engineering teams or site engineers, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
- Installation Support Assist installation teams during system deployment phases, including setup, configuration, and initial testing of CVI systems.
- Documentation & Reporting Complete all required technical documentation, including service daily and weekly reports, system logs. Accurately input service data into internal databases and reporting tools.
- Compliance & Safety Adhere to all company, customer, and regulatory safety standards and protocols while working on-site.
- Worked in field service or maintenance/repair of a range of products
- Ability to work on their own in harsh and remote environments
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Operating power tools
- Use of hand tools
- Experience gained within an electrical or mechanical discipline
- Previous experience of Field Service Delivery would be advantageous but full training would be provided for the right candidate.
- IPAF Manlift training is an advantage
- Arabic speaking is an advantage
- Engineering Degree- Preferable
