Managed Services Operations Coordinator
Location: Riyadh (On-site)
Role Overview
The Managed Services Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting service delivery operations by coordinating activities, monitoring performance, and ensuring efficient service execution. This role works closely with internal teams to maintain service quality, meet SLAs, and drive continuous improvement across managed services operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational activities, including shift scheduling, handovers, and escalation handling, ensuring seamless service continuity.
- Track operational metrics and dashboards, proactively addressing risks and potential SLA breaches to maintain service standards.
- Coordinate incident response by prioritizing issues, facilitating escalation, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining detailed incident documentation and reporting.
- Serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication, performance reviews, and alignment across service delivery teams.
- Identify service risks and inefficiencies, collaborate with internal teams to resolve root causes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update SOPs, knowledge base articles, and operational documentation to support consistent and efficient service delivery.
- Work closely with Site Reliability Engineers and other technical teams to ensure operational effectiveness and high-quality service delivery.

- Displays ability to analyze, design and improve operations processes.
- Ability to work across different cultures and social groups.
- Displays ability to work well in a pressurized environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and IT infrastructure.
Academic qualifications and certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Business Administration or related.
- ITIL foundation certification.
Required experience:
- Entry level experience gained in a managed service delivery within a large scale (preferably multi-national) technology services environment,
- Entry level experience gained in a managed service delivery environment including technical and service management exposure.
- Entry level experience in managing customer escalation situations and objection handling.
- Entry level demonstrated managed services operations experience.
