نبذة عن الوظيفة

مجمّع توربينات الغاز مسؤول عن تجميع وفك وفحص مكونات التوربينات بدقة وأمان وفقًا للرسومات الهندسية وتعليمات العمل ومعايير الجودة. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة كفاءة ميكانيكية عالية، والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والالتزام الصارم بإجراءات السلامة والجودة. يعمل المجمّع بالتعاون مع فرق الهندسة والجودة والتشغيل لضمان تحقيق المنتجات لمتطلبات الأداء والموثوقية والتسليم.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تجميع مكونات ووحدات المعدات وفقًا للرسومات الهندسية وتعليمات العمل ومعايير الجودة
  • استخدام أدوات القياس الدقيقة (الميكرومتر، مؤشرات القرص، مفاتيح العزم، مقاييس الاستشعار) للتحقق من التفاوتات والخلوصات
  • تفسير الرسومات الفنية والمخططات وقوائم المواد وإجراءات التجميع
  • اتباع العمليات الموثقة للربط والشد والمحاذاة وتركيب المكونات
  • إجراء فحوصات المكونات وتوثيق النتائج وفقًا لمتطلبات الجودة والتتبع
  • تحديد مشاكل التجميع أو انحرافات الجودة والإبلاغ عنها والمساعدة في حلها
  • الالتزام الصارم بإجراءات السلامة، بما في ذلك الرفع والتثبيت والتعامل مع المكونات الثقيلة أو الحساسة
  • الحفاظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة وآمنة وفقًا لمعايير 5S أو معايير الموقع
  • التعاون مع المهندسين ومفتشي الجودة والفنيين الآخرين لضمان التجميع الصحيح والالتزام بالجدول الزمني
  • دعم أنشطة الفك والفحص وإعادة التجميع أثناء عمليات الإصلاح والصيانة الدورية
  • إكمال التوثيق المطلوب وقوائم المراجعة والسجلات الإلكترونية بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد
  • المشاركة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر المتعلقة بالسلامة والجودة والتكلفة والتسليم
  • الامتثال لجميع سياسات الشركة واللوائح البيئية والمتطلبات التنظيمية

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خلفية تقنية في التجميع الميكانيكي أو الكهربائي
  • معرفة بمنطقة التصنيع
  • مهارات أساسية في استخدام الحاسب الآلي
  • معرفة أساسية باللغة الإنجليزية

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة في تجميع الدوار أو الموازنة أو محاذاة الغلاف
  • معرفة بممارسات التصنيع الخالي من الهدر (Lean) و 5S أو التحسين المستمر
  • الإلمام بأساسيات الاختبارات غير المتلفة وعمليات الفحص
  • فهم أساسي لمبادئ تشغيل وأداء التوربينات الغازية
  • شهادة في الرفع أو تشغيل الرافعة أو التعامل مع الرافعة الشوكية

Job Description Summary

The Gas Turbine Assembler is responsible for the accurate and safe assembly, disassembly, and inspection of gas turbine components in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety and quality procedures. The assembler works collaboratively with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure products meet performance, reliability, and delivery requirements.

Job Description

Role Summary / Purpose:

  • Assemble equipment components and modules according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards

  • Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, dial indicators, torque wrenches, feeler gauges) to verify tolerances and clearances

  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, bills of materials (BOMs), and assembly procedures

  • Follow documented processes for bolting, torquing, alignment, and fit-up of components

  • Perform component inspections and document results in accordance with quality and traceability requirements

  • Identify, report, and help resolve non-conformances or assembly issues

  • Adhere strictly to safety procedures, including lifting, rigging, and handling of heavy or sensitive components

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with 5S or site standards

  • Collaborate with engineers, quality inspectors, and other technicians to ensure correct assembly and schedule adherence

  • Support disassembly, inspection, and reassembly activities during overhauls and repairs

  • Complete required documentation, checklists, and electronic records accurately and on time

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery

  • Comply with all company policies, environmental regulations, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Technical background in mechanical or electrical assembly

  • Knowledge in manufacturing area

  • Basic computer soft skill.

  • Basic knowledge of English language.

Desired Characteristics

  • Exposure to rotor assembly, balancing, or casing alignment activities

  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement practices

  • Familiarity with non‑destructive testing (NDT) basics and inspection processes

  • Basic understanding of gas turbine operation and performance principles

  • Certification in rigging, crane operation, or forklift handling
