The Generator Winder role is a hands-on position responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining generator parts and systems. Daily tasks include disassembling and assembling generators, rewinding stators and rotors, performing high-quality electrical and mechanical testing, and following technical procedures and blueprints. The job requires strict adherence to safety standards and quality protocols while ensuring equipment reliability. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam.

• Proficiency in working with generator components, including disassembly, reassembly, and rewinding of stators and rotors
• Experience with inspection techniques, mechanical repair, and electrical testing tools
• Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings, detailed schematics, and technical instructions
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and focus on quality assurance
• Understanding of safety standards and ability to strictly follow safety regulations
• Basic computer literacy to input data and read technical documentation
• Prior experience in a similar role within the energy, power, or manufacturing industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical or mechanical disciplines is an advantage
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and physically demanding environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
