نبذة عن الوظيفة
تنفيذ بروتوكولات الفحص الواردة بدقة حسب المهام المسندة، والإبلاغ عن جميع النتائج في نظام SAP. وسم المكونات المتوافقة بعد الفحص، وعزل المكونات غير المتوافقة في المنطقة المخصصة، وبدء عملية إدارة عدم المطابقة للموردين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان بيئة آمنة من خلال تطبيق متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
- إجراء الفحص البصري والأبعادي للأجزاء والمواد والعينات والتجميعات المشتراة.
- توثيق نتائج الفحص وفقاً للإجراءات.
- إبلاغ مهندس الجودة / مدير الجودة عن أي انحرافات يتم ملاحظتها أثناء الفحص الوارد.
- إنشاء سجلات فحص الجودة وتطبيق العلامات البصرية على الأجزاء المفحوصة حسب الإجراءات.
- إنشاء تقارير عدم المطابقة وتتبع حالتها.
- تسجيل وتتبع تراكم فحص الجودة الوارد يومياً.
- الحفاظ على تتبع حالة مكونات المواد من حيث حالة الفحص.
- التعامل مع المواد وفقاً للإجراءات لمنع الخلط أو التلف أو الآثار الضارة الأخرى.
- تسجيل / تتبع المواد خلال عملية الفحص الوارد وإدخالات SAP.
- تسجيل الحركات ونقل المواد إلى منطقة المواد المقبولة.
- إبلاغ نتائج الفحص لمهندسي الجودة والأشخاص المعنيين الآخرين.
- الرجوع إلى التحقق من دقة وثائق التجميع وقراءة الرسومات الهندسية وغيرها.
- تنفيذ أي مشاريع أو مهام أخرى قد تُسند إليه.
- التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لاكتشاف الانحرافات وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية وتنفيذ إجراءات التصحيح.
- دعم تحليل الأعطال واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والزيارات الميدانية وإعداد التقارير وعمليات الجودة باستخدام قالب A3 في التحليل.
- تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يُكلف بها من الإدارة لازمة لتحقيق متطلبات الوظيفة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في الدورات الفنية الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات.
- خلفية في مراقبة الجودة / ضمان الجودة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- قراءة الرسومات الهندسية.
- مهارات الحاسب الآلي وبرامج Microsoft Office.
- الفحص اليدوي للمواد واستخدام أدوات القياس.
- مهارات التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
- القدرة على التأثير في التحسين المستمر واتخاذ القرارات وإدارة الوقت.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Ensure a safe environment by implementing HSE requirements
- Conduct visual/dimensional inspection of purchased parts, materials, samples and assemblies
- Document inspection results as required
- Report to quality engineer /Quality manager on any deviations observed during incoming inspection
- Create quality inspection records, apply the visual indications on the inspected parts as per procedures
- Create Nonconformity reports and keeping track of the status
- Record and track daily IQC inspection backlog
- Maintain traceability of component materials as to inspection status
- Handle materials in accordance to procedures and prevent mix-ups, damage or other adverse effects.
- Log/track materials through receiving inspection process and SAP entries
- Record transactions and move materials to accepted material area
- Communicate inspection results to Quality engineers and other relevant persons.
- Refer to verify assembly documentation accuracy, read engineering drawings etc.
- Performs any other projects or duties that may be assigned.
- Collaborate with other departments for deviation detection, root cause analysis and correction measures implementation.
- Support failure analysis, trouble shooting, site visit, reporting & quality process, use A3 template in analysis
- Employee shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfil the job requirements.
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical technical courses
- 3-5 Years’ experience
- Quality Control/Quality Assurance
- Knowledge to read drawings
- MS office and computer skills
- Hands on Inspection of material and use of tools to measurement
- English Communication skills
- Influencing Continuous Improvement and decision making and time Management.
