تعلن شركة نسيج (Naseej) عن وظيفة أخصائي إدارة الهوية والوصول (Identity & Access Management specialist) في الرياض، وذلك للعمل على مشروع لدى وزارة التجارة السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى هذا الدور مسؤولية إدارة ودعم أنشطة إدارة الهوية والوصول (IAM) لمشروع لدى وزارة التجارة السعودية، بما يضمن توفير هويات المستخدمين وصلاحيات الوصول بشكل آمن، وصيانتها، ومراجعتها، وإلغاؤها وفقاً للسياسات التنظيمية ومتطلبات الأمن السيبراني. كما يدعم تنفيذ وتشغيل ضوابط IAM مثل RBAC وSSO وMFA.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة ودعم حلول إدارة الهوية والوصول (IAM)، وضمان إدارة آمنة وفعالة لهويات المستخدمين وحقوق الوصول.
- إدارة عمليات توفير المستخدمين، وتعديلهم، وإلغاء توفيرهم وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
- إجراء مراجعات دورية للوصول وأنشطة إعادة الاعتماد لضمان بقاء صلاحيات الوصول مناسبة.
- تنفيذ وإدارة نماذج التحكم في الوصول المستند إلى الأدوار (RBAC) لتطبيق مبدأ الامتياز الأقل.
- دعم نشر وصيانة حلول تسجيل الدخول الموحد (SSO) والمصادقة متعددة العوامل (MFA).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال إدارة الهوية والوصول.

This role is responsible for managing and supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) activities for a project within the Saudi Ministry of Commerce. It ensures that user identities and access privileges are securely provisioned, maintained, reviewed, and revoked in accordance with organizational policies and cybersecurity requirements. The role also supports the implementation and operation of IAM controls, including RBAC, SSO, and MFA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support IAM solutions, ensuring secure and efficient management of user identities and access rights.
- Manage user provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning processes in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic access reviews and recertification activities to ensure appropriate access privileges are maintained.
- Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models to enforce the principle of least privilege.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
- Saudi nationals
- 3-5 years of relevant, hands-on experience.
