تعلن شركة ALPLA Group عن توفر وظيفة 'مدير المستودعات والخدمات اللوجستية' في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة جميع أنشطة الخدمات اللوجستية الواردة (Inbound Logistics).
  • إدارة عملية توقع الطلب وصولاً إلى توفر المواد.
  • تحليل التوقعات مقابل الطلبيات وتقييم الآثار ذات الصلة.
  • المسؤولية عن تخطيط الإنتاج وترتيبات تحليل الطاقة الاستيعابية.
  • التنسيق وتحديد مستويات المخزون المناسبة لجميع المواد.
  • مراقبة إدخال الأرقام اليومية وتحليل تقارير نهاية الشهر.
  • إدارة توفر المواد المستدامة (مواد خام، ماستر باتش، تغليف...) بالكمية والجودة المطلوبة في المكان والوقت المناسبين.
  • إدارة ومراقبة بيانات جميع الأنشطة اللوجستية في نظامي ALPLA Prod و Oracle.
  • إدارة معدات مناولة المواد للتحميل والتفريغ والنقل.
  • تصميم أو تنفيذ استراتيجيات التخزين في المصنع للمواد الإنتاجية أو المنتجات النهائية.
  • المسؤولية عن عمليات المخزون ودقتها.
  • ضمان وجود عمليات تخطيط ثابتة ومتينة.
  • تحسين هيكل التكلفة الحالي المتعلق بالعمليات اللوجستية.
  • المسؤولية عن إدارة نفايات الإنتاج.
  • إدارة جميع عمليات الخدمات اللوجستية الصادرة حتى تسليم البضائع (Outbound Logistics).
  • إدارة أنشطة التخزين والنقل.
  • تحديد ومراقبة مستويات مخزون المنتجات النهائية ونصف النهائية.
  • التعاون مع العملاء لضمان جودة خدمة التسليم.
  • تقييم واقتراح طرق الشحن والتوجيه المثلى وفق المعايير والتكاليف.
  • التفاوض على التعريفات مع شركات النقل والموردين.
  • متابعة ومراجعة الإجراءات ومعايير التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) ذات الصلة بالخدمات اللوجستية وتطويرها.
  • متابعة ومراجعة وتطوير مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) للقسم.
  • متابعة وتطوير مبادرات خفض التكاليف.
  • ضمان تطبيق نظام 5S.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة.
  • أكثر من 5 سنوات من الخبرة في الخدمات اللوجستية في مجال التصنيع، ويفضل في منصب مماثل.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات ممتازة في الحاسب الآلي (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • مهارات عددية ممتازة.
  • معرفة متقدمة في استخدام أنظمة الخدمات اللوجستية المتخصصة.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي.
  • مهارات إنجليزية احترافية.
  • مهارات قيادية وتنسيقية وإعداد التقارير.
  • مستوى عالٍ من التنسيق مع العميل وضمان التواصل الداخلي الجيد.
  • إجراء تقييمات الأداء بشكل منتظم.
  • مبادرات التحسين والإدارة الرشيقة في قسم الخدمات اللوجستية.
  • إعداد عمليات نظامي ALPLA Prod و ERP بشكل صحيح وضمان دقتها.
  • إدارة عملية التواصل (داخلي وخارجي).
  • إدخال البيانات ودعم عملية إعداد الميزانية.
  • مستوى عالٍ من الطاقة.
  • الالتزام بالتصرف بطريقة آمنة ومسؤولة بيئياً وفق سياسات وإجراءات ومعايير السلامة الخاصة بـ ALPLA.

Job Responsibilities

What you will enjoy doing

Inbound Logistics

  • Management of all inbound logistics activities
  • Manages process from forecasts to material availability
  • Analyses forecasts vs. call offs/orders and evaluates related impacts
  • Responsible for production planning and capacity analysis arrangements
  • Coordinates and defines appropriate inventory levels for all materials
  • Monitors input of daily figures and analyses month-end reports

Operational Logistics

  • Manages sustainable material (Raw material, Master batch, packing etc.) flow and availability in right quantity, required quality, in the right place and at the right time
  • Manages and monitors correct data of all logistics activities in ALPLA Prod and Oracle
  • Manages material handling equipment for moving, loading and unloading
  • Design or implement plant warehousing strategies for production materials or finished products
  • Responsible for inventory processes and accuracy
  • Ensures stable and rigid planning processes are in place
  • Optimization of current cost structure related to logistics processes
  • Responsible for production waste management

Outbound Logistics

  • Manages all outbound logistic processes until the delivery of the goods
  • Managing warehousing and transportation activities
  • Defines and monitors inventory levels of finished and semi-finished goods
  • Works with the customers for securing delivery service quality
  • Assesses and recommends ideal shipping methods, routing or carries to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs
  • Negotiates rates with carriers and vendors
  • Department standards and performance
  • Follow & review logistics related procedures and SOPs, as well as develop them
  • Follow, review and develop the department KPIs
  • Follow and develop the cost saving initiatives
  • Ensure 5S system is in place

What makes you great

Education/ Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.

Experience

  • More than 5 years of logistics experience in manufacturing preferably in a similar position
