تعلن شركة ALPLA Group عن توفر وظيفة فني غرفة أدوات (Tool Room Technician) في منطقة مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إصلاح وصيانة وخدمة الأدوات والقوالب.
  • ضمان توفير المواد وقطع الغيار والمعدات المطلوبة في الوقت المناسب.
  • الحفاظ على مخزون كافٍ من قطع الغيار وأدوات الإصلاح.
  • توثيق الأدوات المستلمة/المصدرة/المطلوبة بشكل صحيح.
  • تسجيل السجلات اليومية والاحتفاظ بها وفقاً لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs).
  • الحفاظ على نظافة مخزن الأدوات وغرفة الأدوات وفقاً لمعايير 5S.
  • طلب واستلام قطع الغيار والمعدات حسب الحاجة.
  • المساعدة عند الضرورة في حالات الأعطال المفاجئة للمعدات.
  • المساهمة في تحسين الإنتاج من خلال الصيانة الوقائية.
  • الإبلاغ الفوري لمدير الصيانة للتحليل واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة.
  • التنسيق مع مدير الصيانة في الأنشطة اليومية وجدول الصيانة المخطط.
  • حضور أي عطل يؤثر على الإنتاج، والقيام باستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها بطريقة فعالة ومهنية.
  • المسؤولية عن الحفاظ على أدوات الصيانة اليدوية والمعدات.
  • تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية لجميع القوالب والملحقات وفقاً للخطة/الجدول الزمني.
  • متابعة جدول الإنتاج لتحديد نوع أعمال الإصلاح أو الصيانة الوقائية التي يمكن تنفيذها دون التأثير على كفاءة الماكينة.
  • دعم فريق التحويل (changeover) عند الحاجة.
  • اتباع إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) في جميع الأوقات.
  • فحص المعدات (القوالب والملحقات) والإبلاغ الفوري عن أي عيوب.
  • الحفاظ على القوالب والملحقات لضمان الإنتاج المستمر، أو طلب الدعم عند اللزوم.
  • ضمان اتباع إجراءات 5S وأنشطتها وفقاً لـ SOPs.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة بكالوريوس لمدة 3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في معرفة معدات النفخ أو الحقن البلاستيكية والقوالب والملحقات.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في صيانة القوالب والأدوات والملحقات واستكشاف الأعطال الميكانيكية.
  • خبرة 5 سنوات ذات مسؤولية في صناعة البلاستيك، مع معرفة متعمقة بالعملية البلاستيكية.
  • القدرة على استخدام ماكينات اللحام، الخراطة، التفريز، الجلخ، والحفر.
  • شهادة تدريب فني في صناعة القوالب مع مهارة في استكشاف المشكلات المتعلقة بالقوالب، والقدرة على قراءة الرسومات الهندسية/دورة مهنية.
  • القدرة على تعلم استخدام برامج الصيانة لإدخال البيانات والبحث عن قطع الغيار.
  • مهارات جيدة في الكتابة والتواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • خبرة وكفاءة في استخدام برامج الكمبيوتر المكتبية الأساسية، والقدرة على تعلم كيفية استخدام برامج الصيانة بفعالية لإدخال البيانات والبحث عن قطع الغيار.
  • سلوك مهني في التعامل مع الأفراد على جميع المستويات والتعامل مع المعلومات السرية.

What You Will Enjoy Doing

Production and Productivity

  • Repairs, maintains and services of tools
  • Ensuring that the required material, spare parts and or equipment's are provided in a timely manner.
  • Maintains adequate stock for repairs and spare parts
  • Maintains proper documentation for tools received /issued/ordered
  • Daily log and record keeping as per SOPs
  • Keeps stockroom and tool room clean following 5s standards
  • Orders and receives parts /equipment as necessary
  • Assists as necessary with any equipment breakdowns
  • Contribution in production optimization through preventative maintenance.
  • Reports immediately to maintenance manager for appropriate analysis and corrective actions
  • Coordinates with maintenance manager for the daily activities and maintenance plan schedule
  • Attends any breakdown affecting production, carries out trouble shooting and repairs in a effective, resourceful and professional manner.
  • Responsible for safekeeping of maintenance hand tools and equipment's
  • Carries out preventive maintenance of all molds and related accessories as per maintenance plan/schedule
  • Follows the production schedule to determine the kind of repair works or PMs can be performed without impacting overall machine efficiency
  • Supports the changeover team if required
  • Following Standard operating Procedures (SOPs) at any point of time
  • Inspects and examines equipment (molds and accessories) and immediately report any defects
  • Maintains molds and accessories in order to guarantee constant production and/or call for support if needed.
  • Ensures 5S procedures and activities are followed as per SOPs.

Person Specifications

Education

  • 3 years Degree in related field or equivalent.

Experience

  • 3-5 years knowledge of plastics blow molding or injection molding equipment, molds and accessories
  • At least 3-5 years of maintenance experience with molds, tools, accessories and mechanical trouble shooting.
  • 5 years of responsible experience in Plastic Manufacturing Industry, in-depth knowledge of the plastic process.
  • Able to use welding , lathe , milling, grinding, and drilling machine

Qualifications/ Skills/

Personal Competencies

  • Technical training Certificate in mold making with skill in trouble shooting mold related problems, able to read engineering drawing/vocational course graduate
  • Ability to learn usage of maintenance software for data input and research parts
  • Good written and communication skills in English
  • Expertise and proficiency with basic office computer software, and the ability to learn how to effectively use maintenance software to input data and research parts
  • Professional attitude in dealing with individuals at all levels and the handling if confidential information.
