تعلن شركة ALPLA Group عن وظيفة مشرف نوبة (Shift Supervisor) في مكة جدة السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة عمليات إنتاج النوبة لتحقيق الأهداف اليومية ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
- إدارة تغيير القوالب/الأدوات، والتعديلات الميكانيكية، واستكشاف الأخطاء، والضبط الدقيق لضمان أداء الماكينة الأمثل.
- ضمان مطابقة جميع المنتجات لمعايير الجودة وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية بالتنسيق المباشر مع فريق مراقبة الجودة.
- إدارة مخزون النوبة، واستهلاك المواد الخام، والتحكم في الهدر، ومتابعة شكاوى الجودة وتقارير عدم المطابقة.
- الإشراف على تسليم النوبة بشكل نظيف، والإبلاغ عن أرقام الإنتاج، ورفع أي انحرافات تشغيلية أو مشكلات في المعدات إلى مدير الإنتاج.
- جدولة القوى العاملة، وتوزيع موارد النوبة، وضمان التزام الفريق بسياسات الشركة وخطط التدريب.
- معالجة مخاوف النوبة ومراجعة مشكلات الموظفين مع الإدارة.
- الحفاظ على الامتثال الصارم للصحة والسلامة وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية عبر النوبة، وتطبيق معايير 5S في أرضية المصنع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو درجة دبلوم تقني لمدة سنتين.
- معرفة بمعدات وعمليات وأنظمة التحكم في قولبة حقن البلاستيك.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في النفخ أو قولبة الحقن، والإعدادات، واستكشاف الأخطاء، وتحسين العمليات.
- خبرة في إدارة الأفراد (People management).
- القدرة على الانحناء والوقوف في أوضاع صعبة لمدة تصل إلى 12 ساعة.
- مستوى عالٍ من الطاقة.
- القدرة على العمل في نوبات متناوبة، والاستدعاء، وعطل نهاية الأسبوع، والعمل الإضافي إذا لزم الأمر.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة متوسطة بنظام تشغيل Microsoft.
- معرفة متوسطة بـ MS Office.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة.
- القدرة على التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.

- Lead shift production operations to meet daily targets/KPIs.
- Handle mold/tool changeovers, mechanical adjustments, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and SOPs in direct coordination with the QC team.
- Manage shift inventory, raw material consumption, waste control, and follow up on quality complaints/NCRs.
- Oversee clean shift handovers, reporting production figures, and escalating any operational deviations or equipment issues to the Production Manager.
- Schedule manpower, allocate shift resources, and ensure team adherence to company policies and training plans.
- Address shift concerns and review employee issues with management.
- Maintain strict health, safety, and SOP compliance across the shift.
- Implement and enforce 5S standards on the shop floor.
Education
- High School Diploma or 2 years technical degree.
- Knowledge of plastics injection molding equipment, processes and control systems
- Required are at least three years of hands-on experience in blow or injection molding, setups, troubleshooting and process improvement
- People management
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Operation System
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to communicate with others in English
- Bend and stand in difficult positions up to 12 hours
- High level of energy
- Must be able to work on rotating shifts, call out, weekends and overtime (if required)
