تعلن شركة Alcon، الشركة العالمية الرائدة في مجال العناية بالعيون، عن توفر وظيفة مدير ضمان الجودة (Quality Assurance Manager) للعمل في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. هذه الوظيفة مخصصة للسعوديين فقط.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
ستتولى بناء وقيادة وظيفة الجودة من الأساس، وضمان الامتثال الكامل للمتطلبات التنظيمية العالمية والمحلية، مع دعم أحد أسرع الأسواق نموًا في الشرق الأوسط. ستلعب دورًا محوريًا في إنشاء نظام الجودة، وتشكيل الفريق المحلي، والعمل بشكل وثيق مع القيادة لضمان التميز التشغيلي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف والقيادة لغرس ثقافة جودة قوية وضمان الامتثال لمعايير ISO 13485، وGDP، وEU-MDR (حيثما ينطبق)، والمتطلبات التنظيمية السعودية.
- العمل كممثل إدارة الجودة، وعند الحاجة، الشخص المسؤول عن التوزيع بالجملة، وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير المحلية والدولية.
- قيادة عمليات الجودة بما في ذلك مراجعة وثائق الدفعات، والإفراج عن المنتجات، والإشراف على التخزين والتوزيع، وتأهيل الموردين، وإدارة حالات عدم المطابقة والإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية (CAPAs).
- التحضير والإشراف على عمليات التفتيش الخارجية من قبل الهيئات الصحية والهيئات المبلّغة، وضمان إغلاق نتائج التدقيق في الوقت المناسب وتنفيذ CAPA قوي.
- دفع أنشطة اليقظة والتقنية الحيوية، وضمان تقديم تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب إلى السلطات المحلية، والعمل كممثل للفرع عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص علمي أو هندسي.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الجودة في صناعة الأجهزة الطبية أو المستحضرات الصيدلانية، مع معرفة قوية بمعايير ISO 13485 و21 CFR Part 820.
- خبرة في عمليات اليقظة / التقنية الحيوية ومتطلبات الإبلاغ الصارمة.
- قدرة قوية على العمل مع الأنظمة الرقمية؛ خبرة في SAP تعتبر ميزة.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية ومهارات تواصل قوية للعمل في بيئة دولية.
- المرونة والقدرة على التكيف والدقة والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في بيئة سريعة ومتغيرة.
- خبرة في إدارة الأفراد تعتبر ميزة.
- الإلمام بالمتطلبات التنظيمية السعودية يفضل بشكل كبير.
- السعودية مطلوبة والسيرة الذاتية باللغة الإنجليزية إلزامية.

You will play a pivotal role in establishing the Quality System, shaping the local team, and partnering closely with leadership to ensure operational excellence.

A typical day in this role will include:
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams and leadership to embed a strong Quality Culture and ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GDP, EU‑MDR (where applicable), and Saudi regulatory requirements.
- Acting as the Quality Management Representative and, where required, the Responsible Person for wholesale distribution, ensuring adherence to local and international standards.
- Leading quality operations including batch documentation review, product release, storage and distribution oversight, supplier qualification, and management of non‑conformances and CAPAs.
- Preparing for and managing external inspections by Health Authorities and Notified Bodies, ensuring timely closure of audit findings and robust CAPA implementation.
- Driving vigilance and technovigilance activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to local authorities and acting as the affiliate representative when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific or Engineering discipline.
- At least 5 years of Quality experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, with strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820.
- Experience with vigilance/technovigilance processes and strict reporting requirements.
- Strong capability working with digital systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills to operate in an international environment.
- Flexibility, adaptability, precision, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- People management experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Saudi regulatory requirements is highly preferred.
