Attaché is expanding its team and looking for attentive, customer-focused individuals to join us as Pool Attendants. If you take pride in delivering a relaxed, well-organized, and safe poolside experience for guests, we'd love to meet you.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience as a pool attendant, lifeguard, or in a similar guest-facing hospitality role preferred
• A warm, welcoming, and guest-first personality
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness/safety standards
• Ability to stay alert and responsive throughout the shift
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays, including daytime/sun hours
• Good English communication skills (Arabic a plus)
• Basic swimming ability and water safety awareness preferred

• High level of reliability, punctuality, and ownership
• Strong sense of responsibility for guest safety and comfort
• Proactive attitude - anticipating guest needs (towels, seating, drinks service coordination)
• Pride in keeping the pool area clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
• Cultural sensitivity and professionalism in a diverse, international environment

Responsibilities Include:

• Setting up and maintaining pool loungers, umbrellas, and towels
• Monitoring pool area for cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort
• Assisting guests with seating, amenities, and basic requests
• Coordinating with F&B/service teams for poolside orders
• Enforcing pool rules and safety guidelines professionally
• Supporting opening and closing duties for the pool area
