المهام والمسؤوليات
- التنسيق مع الشركاء لجدولة وتخطيط جلسات التصوير بما يتوافق مع أوقاتهم واحتياجات أعمالهم.
- التنقل إلى مواقع الشركاء المختلفة لالتقاط صور عالية الجودة تُظهر الأجواء والخدمات والميزات الفريدة لأعمالهم.
- ضمان اتساق جميع الصور مع إرشادات العلامة التجارية ومعايير الجودة المطلوبة لتحديث الملفات الشخصية في السوق.
- تحرير ومعالجة الصور حسب الحاجة للحصول على مظهر احترافي.
- إدارة عملية رفع الصور وتصنيفها وتحديثها في ملفات الشركاء، والتأكد من وصولها إلى حالة الموافقة.
- التواصل الفعّال مع الشركاء لتقديم إرشادات حول جلسات التصوير وشرح فوائد تحسين الملفات الشخصية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للزيارات والجلسات ورفع الصور لأغراض المتابعة الداخلية وإعداد التقارير.

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic marketplace moderator to join our Professional Services Team in Riyadh. This role involves working closely with our partners to capture high-quality images of their businesses. The goal is to enhance their marketplace profiles with visually stunning photos that meet our standards for quality and branding. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with partners to schedule and plan photography sessions, ensuring alignment with their availability and business needs.
- Travel to various partner locations to capture high-quality images that showcase the ambiance, services, and unique features of their businesses.
- Ensure all photos are consistent with our branding guidelines and meet the quality standards required for marketplace profile updates.
- Edit and retouch images as needed to achieve a professional and polished look.
- Manage the process of uploading, categorizing, and updating images on partner profiles, ensuring they reach an approved status.
- Communicate effectively with partners to provide guidance on photo shoots, setting expectations, and explaining the benefits of enhanced marketplace profiles.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, sessions, and image uploads for internal tracking and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates of partner profiles and to address any issues related to image quality or approval.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, especially in capturing, editing, and selecting images that meet specific guidelines.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with partners and internal teams.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple partners and photography sessions concurrently, ensuring all tasks are completed within the agreed timelines.
- Driving License and Car: A valid driving license and access to a car, as the role involves traveling to different partner locations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using professional photography equipment and editing software
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to accommodate partner schedules and needs.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative to achieve goals.
