تسعى Fresha، الشركة الرائدة في نظام التشغيل المدعوم بالذكاء الاصطناعي لصناعة التجميل والعافية، إلى تعيين مدير حساب في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن بناء العلاقات وتحقيق النمو التجاري على منصة Fresha، مع التركيز على زيادة الإيرادات وتحويل الشركاء إلى منتجات الدفع وتحسين محتوى القوائم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية الخاصة بالربح والنمو من خلال التفاعل الاستباقي مع الشركاء وتوعيتهم بقيمة منصة Fresha.
- تقديم حلول الدفع من Fresha للشركاء وتحويلهم إليها بشكل استباقي.
- تحسين محتوى القوائم وتنافسية التوفر في السوق لتعظيم معدلات التحويل.
- إدارة مجموعة من حسابات الشركاء بصفتك مستشاراً مخصصاً لمساعدتهم في رحلة تبني المنتج.
- تقديم المشورة للشركاء حول اختيار المنتجات المناسبة بناءً على احتياجاتهم ومواصفاتهم.
- ضمان تجربة شركاء متميزة من خلال بناء علاقات عبر عقد اجتماعات فيديو مع مجموعة الشركاء وتوضيح ميزات وفوائد Fresha بفعالية.
- بناء علاقات داخلية قوية مع فرق المبيعات والتأهيل لضمان انتقال سلس للشركاء عبر رحلتهم.
- التعاون مع فرق المنتج لتقديم ملاحظات مهمة حول المنتج تساعد في تحسين الإصدارات المستقبلية.
- استخدام تقنيات البيع الاستشارية لفهم احتياجات العملاء ومتطلباتهم، مع القدرة على البيع الإضافي والبيع المتبادل لمنصة Fresha.

Role Overview
Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to come and join our global business.
Reporting directly to the Account Manager Team Lead, you will be accountable for building relationships and driving monetisation of the Fresha platform.

- Arabic speaking is a mandatory requirement
- Accountability - Accountable for meeting key performance indicators on monetisation and revenue growth by proactively engaging with and educating our Partners on the value of the Fresha platform
- Conversion - Proactively introduce, educate and convert Partners on to Fresha’s payments solution
- Optimise - listing content and availability competitiveness on the marketplace to maximise conversions
- Partnership - Have a pool of Partner accounts serving as a dedicated advisor for all your Partners assisting them on their journey to product adoption
- Guidance - Advising Partners on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications
- Engagement - Ensure a strong Partner Experience through building relationships by attending video meetings with your pool of Partners and effectively communicating the Fresha features and benefits
- Collaboration - Build key internal relationships with our Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth transition and handover of Partners through the Partner journey
- Feedback - Collaborate with our Product teams to provide important product feedback to help enhance future releases
- Sales - Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and requirements and have the ability to upsell and cross-sell the Fresha Platform
- Partner Facing - Demonstrable experience in effectively delivering commercial outcomes from a previous Partner facing role
- Commercially Motivated - Shown to be commercially motivated with an ability to adapt and achieve targets
- Analytical - Proven experience in using and analysing data and reporting effectively to improve commercial outcomes
- Initiative - Naturally proactive and inquisitive, with a desire to consistently learn and improve
- Outbound Sales - Previous experience in an outbound call environment or a related sales position preferred
- Communication - Excellent and proven written, verbal and presentation skills
- Innovative - Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Relationship Building - Ability to interact with people from across the business and build strong relationships, including the ability to effectively influence upwards
- Team Player - Happy to roll sleeves up and assist the team when required
