Role Description

We are currently seeking motivated Saudi graduates based in Jeddah, or willing to relocate to Jeddah, to join Crowe Saudi Arabia as a Zakat Trainee through the Tamheer Program. This is a 6-month training opportunity designed for candidates looking to gain practical experience in zakat compliance, financial analysis, and client advisory support within a professional services environment.

The trainee will work closely with experienced professionals in the Zakat and Tax team, gaining exposure to real client engagements, ZATCA-related matters, and zakat return preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing basic zakat schedules and supporting documents
• Support the team in zakat calculations and financial data review
• Help organize client files, working papers, and required documentation
• Conduct basic research on Saudi zakat regulations under supervision
• Support the team in preparing responses to ZATCA inquiries when needed
• Coordinate with team members and assist in daily engagement tasks
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards when handling client information

Qualifications

• Saudi national eligible for the Tamheer Program
• Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Fresh graduate or limited professional experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Interest in zakat, tax, and financial compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of Arabic and English, written and spoken
• Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to Jeddah
• SOCPA membership or intention to pursue professional qualifications is a plus

• 6 months through the Tamheer Program
