Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam, responsible for overseeing daily production operations in alignment with safety, quality, and delivery targets. The role includes planning and scheduling production activities, managing workforce allocation, and coordinating with maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. The Production Manager will monitor key performance indicators, optimize resource utilization, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance productivity. This position also involves enforcing compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, resolving operational issues, and reporting performance and progress to senior management. The Production Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support customer requirements and contribute to long-term operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in production management, including planning, scheduling, and supervising manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Strong skills in process optimization, continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, 5S, Kaizen), and cost control within a production environment.
• Proficiency in using production management tools and ERP or manufacturing systems to track output, inventory, and performance metrics.
• Solid understanding of quality management principles and standards, with the ability to enforce quality controls and resolve nonconformities.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, with a proven track record of maintaining safe work practices and compliance.
• Effective leadership and team management skills, including coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution in diverse teams.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities to work with operations, logistics, maintenance, and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in production or operations management are an advantage.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or related sectors in the GCC region is preferred.
