Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based in Dammam. The Production Engineer will oversee daily production activities, ensuring that manufacturing processes run safely, efficiently, and in line with quality and productivity targets. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, coordinating resources, monitoring equipment performance, and troubleshooting process issues to minimize downtime. The role involves implementing and maintaining quality control standards, analyzing production data to drive continuous improvement, and supporting lean or cost-optimization initiatives. The Production Engineer will collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams, prepare technical reports, and support compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Production Engineering, with the ability to optimize manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Proficiency in Production Planning, including resource allocation, scheduling, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with Quality Control practices, standards, and documentation in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting production data, identifying root causes, and implementing effective corrective actions.
• Clear and professional Communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and prepare concise reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methods, and basic understanding of HSE practices in production settings.
• Ability to work on-site in Dammam, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a high-paced industrial environment.
